Rita, coming from the living area, saw a medium-sized fluffy dog staring at her. The distance between them was just a few meters. She started moving backward, but as she took steps back, the dog started coming toward her. In panic, she ran back.
Gilbert, coming from the other direction, bumped into her. "Do you have eyes?" he said.
She grabbed his hand tightly and hid behind him. He turned to look at her; her fear could be seen through her eyes. He was shocked to see her trembling. He pointed toward Robin and said, "Are you scared of the dog?"
She looked at him in anger. "What is he doing here?"
Hearing this, Gilbert had a smirk on his face. "It's his house. He can do anything."
Suddenly, Gilbert felt pain in his hand and realized Rita's nails had dug into it. He removed his hand from her grip. "I know you brought him intentionally. Get that dog out of my house," Rita yelled at him.
Gilbert, still in pain, took Robin's leash. "Why should I do that?"
Gilbert felt like he had found the right opportunity he was looking for. Rita, losing her self-restraint, yelled at him, "I warn you, if I see him again, I will kill both of you."
Gilbert looked at her. "Ohh, you think you can threaten me? Come on, keep going. I don't care."
She knew by the way he was looking at her that he had no good intentions. "What do you want" she said.
He walked toward her with Robin. "Sorry, but I don't need anything."
She stepped back as he came forward. "Stopped? send him away?"
Gilbert laughed. "His name is Robin, and he is not going anywhere. If you have any problem, you can leave."
She ran to her room before he unleashed Robin and said, "I don't care anymore. Just go to hell."
Next morning, Gilbert woke up but could not find him. He thought, "What if Rita threw him outside at night?" He hurriedly got up to search and saw him walking in the garden area. "Hey, my child, what are you doing here?" Gilbert embraced Robin in his arms.
Rita was in the living room, waiting for Robin to leave. "You finally came. Keep that dog out of my sight," she said.
Gilbert, enjoying seeing Rita like this, said, "Didn't I already make it clear last night? It's his house as well. He can go anywhere he wants."
She thought that if she continued like this, he would bully her again. "Okay then, tell me what you want to let him leave."
Gilbert sat next to Robin. "I want a divorce. Can you give me that?"
Rita smiled. "I want that too, but please ask your parents first."
Frustrated, she asked him again. "I know you are doing this intentionally, so tell me seriously."
He finally felt a sense of victory and said, "I want you to serve me like all the servants in this house do—but only me. Will you do it?"
She wanted to slap him but controlled herself since he was with the dog. "Nonsense. I will never do that."
Gilbert acted as if he was releasing Robin. She looked at him furiously. "You—"
He released Robin before she could say more. The dog started barking at her as he saw Rita's angry expression. In panic, she said, "Okay fine, I'll do it. Now happy?"
