After the Blood Dragon Ceremony, the mood of all the citizens of the Otrefiona Empire was extremely good. They were feeling that they needed to enjoy themselves in a festival.
As the citizen were thinking this, suddenly the emperor announced that a festival was going to be held throughout the whole empire. And this was a going to be a festival that was never before seen in the empire, a food festival.
Even though really high level individuals did not need food for sustenance, there were actually very few who had completely stopped eating. And sometime, eating could actually help with someone's growth. For example, eating a high level beast or monster meat was definitely going to increase the stats or even levels of a person.
So the idea of this festival was very easily accepted by the population. There were also many chefs who were looking forward to showing off their skills during it.
