"I'll ask him when I get back. Deep down, he really cares about you! Think about it. He's your own son, and despite how you treat him, he has always put up with it, hasn't he? You've never treated him as his own person! Just as a substitute for someone else."
Hearing Anne Sutton's words, Anna Linden glanced at her. "Forget it. I'm going to get changed."
Anna Linden walked out the door. After a surgery that had lasted several hours, she was completely exhausted.
