However, if the increase was only a small one, then breaking through the EX-Rank threshold was basically impossible.

The fact that all five of Fang Li's previous Rating Stones had successfully broken through the limit and achieved EX-Rank clearance evaluations was truly a case of extraordinary luck.

The modified content can be the target dungeon world itself, provided the user possesses an item unique to that world as a reference. Value: 30,000 Exchange Points.
Special items capable of modifying dungeon quest parameters like this could generally be used three times.
When Fang Li entered the world of Shakugan no Shana, he had used one charge, using the Reiji Maigo as a reference and successfully entering that world.
As for the world of A Certain Magical Index, he could likewise return there through the same method.
Of course, the Dungeon Command he had used back then was only a Fourth-Rank item, making it incapable of targeting worlds designated for Third-Rank dungeon quests.
After Fang Li advanced to Third Rank, the difficulty of his dungeon quests could no longer be Fourth Rank. Naturally, he would need a Third-Rank Dungeon Command instead.

As for the reference item needed to enter the world of A Certain Magical Index, that was even simpler.

"From now on, whenever conditions permit and you enter a dungeon world, the Main God's Dimension will directly arrange an identical background for you. You will enter the dungeon world with the identity of a World-Famous Diva."
