"Hmm…" pausing in his tracks and turning a freckled red and sand colored face to the west a slim, earless, muscular young man stood motionless. "I should've noticed those clicks before, but I allowed the steam to distract me." Wooooosh, covering his face as a powerful breeze swept pass the young man in a flurried state nearly carrying him off along with the mist.
"What's this…his features says Masok but those bands…" Taking a taloned step in the direction of the figure, two steps became four then eight and on and on until he stood in front of the fugitive. "What is your Thero."
"I am Chriton La Suma."
Taking a second glance at the stone bands Moyam read the script displayed on them. "You resist Sumere?"
Slightly turning this head, Chriton could feel eyes all around him. "There are other ways of Waccan Bhel."
Beaming at Chriton with rage, Moyam shook his head and laughed. "If that is truth then show me your vision for what I see could be vain." Giving orders to the rest of the Galphi by tapping his talons against his leg the Masok didn't wait for them disperse to advance.
Knowing Moyam actions, Chriton sprayed flames from his hand creating a wall. "Harn Valla has become predictable." Meeting his opponent as he burst through the wall of fire, the fugitive swung a jab at the Masok.
Weaving the strike then stepping backwards as his foe moved in Moyam held a smirk in as he instinctively performed a flaming blade kick with an extended right leg, foot and talons.
Stepping on the outside of the Galphi, Chriton angled himself for his next attack. "Do you know why Harn Valla become Masok." Stepping in with a punch to the face the ex-Harn Valla done a quick two step that allowed him to circle around a flaming crescent backwing. "It is because you consume…" kicking his foe in the back of the leg he watched the Moyam commit a somersault that led his opponent on all fours facing him.
Opening his beak the Masok let loose a hellfire of fire blasts at the fugitive before gaining distance.
Leaping backwards as a searing pain lit up his shoulder Moyam grunted angrily. "We gain strength from devouring."
"You have the power within; we are gods yet we chose to live like beasts." Spoke Chriton with a swift yet slick take in of his surroundings. "Our focus have always been merely what we were programed what we were taught, the way of the Valla…Consuming flesh, siphoning energy…when our soul is the true nature Narashema."
Standing up straight Moyam flicked the blood running down his arms to his fingers onto the black soil in rebellion. "Sumere is the way to ascension and I will show you." Laughing maniacally crimson and black flames of energy burst out of him.
"What you are experiencing isn't Nareshema." Shaking his head, Chriton knew there wasn't no reaching the Masok but he wanted to try anyway. "Allow me to show you what my choices presented me." Eyes glowing bright orange the fugitive transitioned into his Masok Form.
"This is the force of Basil Thero?" thought a hidden Galphi as his talons sank into the stem of a plant. "I must use this moment to observe; I can awaken my blood as well."
"I don't understand." Tilting his mongoose of ahead at his foes form Moyam told him, "You speak on Masok yet you reflect us."
"We are in two different dimensions Masok."
Growling with a crouch of his spiky mongoose body, Moyam shot forth with lightning speed.
Cling! Clanging his one of his swords against the steel feathered fist of his foe, Chriton took a step back to do a two-step that allowed him to bring down a flaming slash with his right sword. Keeeech, unbothered by the screech of the blade sliding off his arm and forearm the Masok spun until his bat of a tail was coming down on his foe like a guillotine on the neck of a criminal.
Twisting pass the blow the thud of the Harn Valla's tail hitting ground didn't even register to Chriton as he swung upwards with his curved blade. Releasing a crescent flame with the strike the Saber sprung forward.
Booom, flying backwards from the crescent flame exploding inches away from him, Moyam eyes lit up with the sight of his opponent reaching out of the flames and grabbing him by his face. Eiiint, the crackle of electricity met his ears before his body met the ground followed by a wave of thunder that flung him upwards, into the air, to receive a round house kick to his side.
Scrunching up his face at the sound of his comrade body smacking against the trunk of a tree a Galphi thought, "Moyam is going to be defeated. What can I do?" Watching his leader disappear out of his sight within seconds his head shook in thought as sparks and sounds of clanging metal lit up the surrounding area. Narrowing his eyes in hopes that it would help him keep track of the combatants a Pandyte's voice spoke in his head.
"As the authority of Harn Valla all Galphi must be under a balance." Watching the ape of being stroll over to one of his Samiridae in his mind, the Masok watched the Pandyte push a button on his chest. "We Pandytes have been working on a new suit for Harn Valla. Considering the evolutions that a few of our members have recently attained…and the rampant behaviors of the few…we had to make some adjustments."
Copying the actions of their tech advisor the Harn Valla twitched from a slight pinch in his chest due to his badge pressing into his chest. Wooom, hearing the hum of his emblem, stir to life the vibration of it unraveling shook his body before the cybernetic suit lurking within sprung out of its trap door locking on to the Masok body. "I have visual." Whispered the Galphi with a quiet burst of joy.
"You will reach your limits but your tech will allow you to surpass them while impressing a new standard in your mind."
Visualizing one of many gadgets his suit held, the Galphi rose his arms in the air and let his it do the rest as compartments in his arms open, shut, and rearranged themselves while swiftly putting together his weapon of choice. "This rifle will bring order." Picturing his target the cross hairs on his visor darted around wildy before locking on its target.
. Catching up with his foe Moyam grinned wickedly, as they ran parallel to each other. "Don't allow flight to take charge of your system now."
"Take flight?" replied Chriton questionably with a smirk, "You believe that I am running." Launching a handful of flaming explosive feathers from his arms along with two giant wings, the Sachar attention flung in a new direction. "What…" tossing up a psychic wall, tewoo, tewoo, tewoo, the whisper of multiple laser beams hitting his barrier and going out like a quiet flame rose to his ears.
"Divine" Plunging a drill made of feathers into the midsection of his foe Moyam unleashed a devastating blast into the back of the fugitive. "My appreciations." Said the Harn Valla with a glance in the direction of his helper, "My command was for you to continue our mission, the other scouts could be in need of assistance."
"Your orders were direct but Harn Valla's law reign supreme. We are never to compromise Harn Valla's way of life. It is my duty to make sure that your actions didn't lead to betrayal, downfall of our kind, or the exposing of our knowledge."
Laughing Moyam head bobbed with glee, "Keeping Harn Valla top priority is the way. You will be rewarded for your actions."

Poooosh, "cuff, caf, cough, ca cawwwf" spat a skinny sandy brown man as he fought to catch his breath. "Whats…"Peering through blurry pale yellow eyes an Ornithion made an attempt to wipe off the water dripping down his triangular face with no prevail. "I can't feel my arms…" trying to move them again the avian grunted in pain.
"The Laridae finally awakes."
"What?" mumbled the ornithion in confusion, and semi-discombobulation. "Where am I?"
"At the moment you are aboard my clients ship." Taking in the silhouette of the man speaking, the Laridae squeeze his eyes shut and then reopened them in hopes it would help his vision. "You have been unconscious for two mayans."
"What's wrong with my eyes?" whispered the Laridae.
"Out of safety for myself and those on this ship I have momentarily disrupted the electrical flow of your brain and nervous system. All voluntary movements have been taking. Your only options left is speech, thought, and movement of your head and neck."
"Where is my crew?"
"Thanks to my companion, the rest of your squad has made a hasty exit back to whatever lands you have come from." Inhaling deeply taking in both air and his captive. "You were one of the few that have fallen ro our ship."
"There are others?"
Correct at the moment they are in a hold the same as you undergoing investigation."
Laughing weak yet cockily the Laridae shook his head, "Crash into a cliff." Laughing even more the Laridae fell into a coughing fit that sat his chest on fire.
Slapping the skin off the prisoners face the man gazed deeply in the eyes of his captive. "I appreciate your confidence but I have spent evolutions growing, learning, and gaining knowledge of all forms including that of the militia. I am unknowing of what you keep in secret but all will be revealed. Patience is the virtue."
"You will wait for eternity."
"Tecto, brother…" taking a peek at the chunk of flesh missing from the prisoner face Nutri eyes laid on the muscular dread head, "…JunBee has come across some interesting information. It seems that the Laridae have plans to attack more than this vessel."
"It seems eternity has been cut short." Said Tecto with a smirk.

"We cross paths once again."
Casting his eyes in all directions in search of the owner of the croaky voice echoing throughout the dark forest Chriton demeanor kept calm. "I told you that I have made a vow to myself. I have found a purpose in Fasci."
"I still have little comprehension of the meaning of this purpose you speak of." Tossing his head upwards Chriton found the jaguar headed owner of the froggy voice, high in the canopy of a tree. "But…" pausing for a second while three leopard-like tails swung in rhythm the black and white feathered rhukin gracefully leapt out of the tree, landing on all fours like a cat. "I have devoured a few Ruachs that have come to our domain with harmful intentions and through their mind I can grasp a concept of what you speak."
Holding his gaze on the Rhukin studying the feline bodied creatures every move Chriton could tell that at the moment it meant no harm. "If that be the matter why don't you allow me to speak to your Quay."
Observing how playfully his host twirled her claw through the air as if painting or directing a band Chriton eyes swept over the sunset tone beak like armory that she wore on her jaguar-like arms, legs, ears and snout giving the Rhukin an even more human appearance.
Releasing a delicate and gentle laugh the Rhukin merely shook her head. "You have yet to demonstrate the worthiness of my Quay's audience. At this point of being you have merely displayed the ability to be able to defeat my unborn Progeny." Pointing a goldish orange claw at the intruder a rose made of green and yellow light underneath him.
"My strength…" inspecting his body by moving his limbs, stretching and leaping up and down Chriton took an internal check within himself sensing his energy vibrant and at high energy.
"I have revived you of all ailments. Plus gave you an energy boost. Prove to me your worth."
Closing his eyes, Chriton could see the flame within burst to life out of the darkness and his body as he shifted into his Nishema form."
"Avian?" wondered the Rhukin out loud, with a swing of her three serrated high lighter tipped tails.
"Sachar…we are genetically modified humans."
Tapping her armored mouth with her claw, the Rhukin replied, "I have much to learn." Staring the intruder down the Rhukin legs crossed like that of a model down the runway as her body angled in the direction of the Sachar. "Demonstrate your…" Bending her legs with one push, woosh, the undead being shot across the forest. "…power."
Unable to react physically on par with his host Chriton mentally placed a psychic shield in between them which gave himself just enough time to fling his right arm to the side and release multiple flaming feathers while pushing himself backwards simultaneously.
Punching through the barrier, boom, the force of the strike blew away the Sachar's attack with ease before washing him away in its sea of power.
"Aaaaagh" Chriton groaned as the untouched blow sent him flying backwards and tumbling through both land and air uncontrollably. "I have to…" throwing out his arms to use his wings as a form of parachute the Sachar caught a glimpse of his adversary in the dirt and debris sailing through empty space with him.
"Awwwk" screeched the Sachar as an explosion of flames and his mental will helped Chriton come to a sliding land. "I can…hmm…" catching a red rose of light on the earth below him the Neshema couldn't do anything as the ground crumbled underneath him.
Sliding through the air from a superpowered leap the Rhukin slammed her leopard fists into the gut of her foe hitting him with the same thunderous strike he dodged earlier.
Boom! Feeling the blow internally the crater Chriton now stood in displayed the true might of the attack. "Explain to me, was becoming one with source, your purpose?"
Having flash backs of the moments with Harn Valla the Sachar recounted the endless bloodshed, the mass massacre of beast and man alike, innocent, young, sick, old, it mattered not for Harn Valla exists for one reason to murder, rape, pillage, and absorb the hate and madness until they become monsters themselves. Chriton on the other hand, held other ideas. "To father a different breed of beings." Tooosh a pillar of electricity rose into the sky as the Neshema underwent another evolution.
Focusing in on this second evolution, Chriton became conscious that he was the observer. Continuing to watch the most highlighting experiences in his life before and after his escape from Harn Valla the Sachar red and white feathers beak became flush with black starting from his head down to his feet as his body once again undergone another transformation.
"Chriton you have been with us for a few cycles and thanks to you we have become of a knowing of the world through your eye." Floating over this memory as pure essence the Sachar could feel every emotion from that moment on both ends. "You should join me in the expansion of my domain. We could build a true heaven."
Hmf, opening his eyes Chriton popped up with red v-shaped horns poking high and proud on his forehead remembering being shot multiple times with high intensity beams to insure his death.
