It really seemed like a desperate situation with how these spikes were suddenly appearing.
We had no idea what these spikes were, which meant that we had lost the upper hand to the forces of Destruction.
There was no telling what they would use these spikes to do, but there was no doubt that it wouldn't be anything good. After all, these were spikes made of corruption energy that were embedded into the ground.
There was no doubt that there would be some kind of goal for these things.
If there was one thing that we could take comfort in, it was the fact that these spikes didn't seem to be doing anything right now.
With our domains, we were able to analyze the space around the spike and found that it hadn't done anything so far. It meant that this spike was still dormant until something activated it for whatever purpose it had.
