((Future) Trunks-POV)
The monster, just by the sight of him here had Trunks heart racing, feels of vengeance and hate… Goku powered up in a sudden burst, his voice rumbled slow and prolonged, lips parted when his screaming begun to become hoarse air picked up around them, Ki discharging around Goku in a blur. The one whose face was Goku's, his body but whatever malevolent beast now occupied his body only looked on with an excitement hidden within cold eyes.
"Yes, show me what sort of Goku you are, mortal. I've learned your flesh, your moves… I shall reap you and all mortals… my divine justice demands it! But I can tell you're different here, more calmer-" Goku flashed with intensity, flickering his hair not into 'Super Saiyan', instead it flashed white for a moment, heated wafting off his Ki as it fluctuated before his hair flashed from white, eyes turned from white into blue instead.
'This is new. And that bastard, mentioned divine justice again…' Trunks thought, Goku seemingly ready for he flickered on over and begun a melee exchange, the creature wearing 'that' Goku's skin engaging with him. Full-on, the air flickered around the two, a putrid; purple-black Ki now engulfed the enemy and he and Goku's Ki fought its own battle of relevance. Trunks watched transfixed, not sure if he should get in on the fighting but ultimately decided not to for he didn't stand a chance back home.
'They have gotten even stronger since last I seen them all. And I recognize a few of them there.' Trunks eyed Dabura in particular, he'd remembered that guy though instead of the 'M' which Trunks remembered vividly sat on his forehead, there instead was some glowing eyeball there… Alarmingly, he also spotted some rotund creature there which matched the description of that 'Majin Buu' creature he was warned of by the Supreme Kai of his timeline, where Trunks made sure to annihilate Dabura and the evil wizard Babidi, forcing the wizard while in a broken state to reveal the sealed location of Majin Buu… Trunks then destroyed his sealed state before destroying Babidi in one blast.
He tore his gaze from what he thought is Majin Buu and Dabura, eyeing a orange being with wings, a blue skinned, blue haired woman standing nearby, among a whole lot of others that were new to him, wondering who they all were. He quickly focused back on Goku and… the monster, their initial bout was seemingly equal to them both, neither looking out of sorts, Goku's face holding a competitive glare while the other openly stared hatefully, arrogantly self-assured.
"You see that Lord Beerus… the left hand ring finger." the tall, blue-skinned humanoid with the stave that glowed swirling upon the orb on the top spoke quietly, nodding in the direction of the fight, Trunks hearing them listened in but didn't comment, seeing that the 'Beerus' guy, sitting there with something that smelt delectable, nodded a 'yes' as he spoke in reply.
"Yeah Whis, that guy… he's got one of them time rings yeah, a troublesome artifact. Well, whatever, that little bauble narrows it down as to where this clown comes from, according to your boring tutelage on the other universes… Boring as that was, its all too clear as to the 'where' this little body snatcher comes from. He isn't one of Demigra's, I don't suppose… I can't sense any demonic taint to him. Though whatever he meant by divine justice… indicates he is a god, most likely a Kai." the now named Whis nodded in agreement, glancing upwards.
"Yes… No sort of demonic taint, though there is a… corruption to him, this and the Potara earring ring he wears explains what he is. A Kai, one gone off the deep end it seems. What a waste then." Beerus went to stand, purple Ki then emitting from him in a glow around his person, the monster noticed this and via the distraction, took a few blows through his melee blocks to weak spots, not flinching. The distortion nearby begun to flicker, increasingly unstable as the energy making up this anomaly begun to discharge, breaking up and then engulfing the monster right then and there…
"N-No!" Trunks flickered upwards, taking flight when the monster, looking confused as they all, was forced through the vortex, vanishing from sight and sense. Goku flickering nearby, looking unharmed, even disappointed in the break in the fighting, turned to Trunks.
"Ah sorry Trunks, that guy was… is someone who I know has the same sort of fighting ability as I do. Seems it really is my body then, must have learned or stolen my fighting knowledge as well, though I think the Goku he went in and stole his body from wasn't as strong as I am and from the looks of it, isn't as experienced a fighter as me. If you ask me, he fought much like a Kai does. Lord Shin in particular, even if that guy I fought was on another level than-"
"-Right Goku, you know Lord Shin too. Figures. I don't blame you for not finishing the guy off, whatever that distortion was-" Trunks and Goku turned when Whis, Beerus and Vegeta maneuvered to them, looking at where the vortex in the air was once for any sort of clues, the cat guy speaking-
"-Cat guy! Brat… Anyway boy, don't worry about that guy, we've got his number and the only thing needed to do to track that little pest is to head to universe Ten. And- shut it!" Beerus said, wagging a finger in Trunks face of which, Beerus afterimaged a lot closer to Trunks in a blink, surprising him as the cat- Beerus person whom can read minds, continued.
"-Anyway kid, I'll let it slide about your breaking of the rules, time travel is a taboo on us all, something to be carried out only under the laws of a higher being than us here. Though I only hold my hand back, and the word of destruction held back from my tongue since I know a little of your future. Time patrol… the boss I suspect, shall be making your acquaintance sometime… heh, Goku!" Beerus turned to him, eyes narrowed while Goku started rubbing at his neck, eyes roaming anywhere but the Beerus guys own gaze. Trunks kept quiet now, no need for him to be on this mind readers bad side.
"That fight there, you didn't go all out from the start! You do remember that there is a tournament to be won in the near future And besides that, That Frieza and Cooler… they are full-on scared of me for now, but sooner or later; I suspect later, once the tournament is finished they shall eye even I with the intent of taking my job. Which is what I got from Cooler at least, though Frieza has not ambition for it, he believes that soon enough he could rid even a god such as I!"
"Well you wanted us to keep them alive… though you remember even I and Vegeta together didn't match up to Frieza then, though don't worry there Lord Beerus, I'm sure we could beat them-" Kron flickered upwards, floating nearby them all and nodded towards a clueless Trunks, listening in and surprised to hear of Frieza being alive in 'this' timeline.
"-You guys do remembers Trunks here right? Alright Lord Beerus, how are we going to deal with this body snatcher guy then. And Goku, its your mess as well since he has your body… You're helping them. Come on, the others might offer some answers so instead of hovering up here, we discuss this all together." only Beerus and Vegeta glared at Kron for 'ordering' them to move down back onto the Lookout, Goku, Trunks and the Whis guy already moving.
(Kron-POV)
'Another problem to be swept aside then, what a time to be alive.' I'd had almost mastered full 'Ultra Instinct' the only one besides Lord Whis to use it as it is, though seeing Goku before when he fought the impostor, showed that I wasn't that far off then I thought in its use, Goku looked to have almost mastered it as well and his 'Ultra instinct' looked pretty much the same as my own. Trunks from the future looked worried still, even burdened by something that has happened to him, his mother most likely perished in his time to this guy, though Trunks hasn't mentioned anything beyond that the guy attacking Earth without remorse.
"...So then, I shall be taking Goku with us, to the universe ten. If my hunch is indeed correct as I know it to be, will find out more of this rogue Kai. Goku, that means you'll not be training, for you'll certainly destroy Whis's transport should you try and go all out."
"I'll come with you then, since this is also my problem… I cannot just sit still while you do all the work here-" the gaze of Beerus narrowed on Trunks then, though it wasn't he who replied, nearby my wife Bulma called out to him, a little hesitant for she too noticed the glances she received from 'Future Trunks' although sent to her subtly, she noticed them. I noticed them as well, he was near well between anger… and sadness, possibly at himself for his own 'mother' of 'his' timeline. I would guess he would have looked on to his 'past' self if I and Bulma hadn't made sure he, his sister and their half-siblings were currently staying elsewhere.
Bulma, pointing a finger at 'Future Trunks' spoke with a tone that brooked no chance for Trunks to refuse, the tone of a mother, though a little bit softer than usual.
"-I'll probably need your assistance there Trunks. I've got your time machine sure, the technology not that advanced as what I've gotten to use but I would wager there will be differences. I think a little bit of bonding between us could go hand in hand while we look over your time machine, repairs and whatever else is needed." Trunks eyes lit up briefly, a firm nod while he replied, turning away from Beerus.
"Fine. I also need fuel, and the stuff is synthetic stuff so, with my mothers help, will need to make more of it. There are blueprints and designs within her black book she kept everything there is about the time machine which will need to go over, left it inside the time machine when I arrived. I uh, will leave it to you Goku… good luck, please stop whoever did that to my time, it is… difficult." Trunks bowed, eyes low as at that moment, he looked mentally exhausted. Goku nodded, serious in his tone, no-jokes as usual his tone was in.
"Yeah Trunks, leave it to me. Beerus and Whis too." those three huddled over, now ignoring the rest of us, Trunks heading for Bulma where she waved him towards a spacious area on the lookout, throwing her air car capsule. Funnily enough, Raven pushed Vegeta, nodding towards Trunks and Bulma as they flew off together in the air car, Vegeta then glancing over at me.
"Kron…I'm going to go with them, you understand that I care not for Bulma… -hmph-, but Trunks is another story, that Trunks is my blood-"
"-Right, go Vegeta. He needs his father as well I would think, and I know you know that he is from an alternate timeline where you got with… Bulma so I understand you'll want to talk with him, with her there too." Vegeta nodded, replying as that glass transport of Whis had appeared in the air nearby to the lookout.
"That is right, as he is from an alternate time where it is I who is his father, it is only natural he seek the word of his father and that is what I shall do. Also test his resolve while he is here… I will take him inside the Hyperbolic time chamber as well, he'll need the practice, after he is finished seeking the comfort of his mother so, don't think I seek to usurp your woman-"
"-Yeah, I understand. Go, Bulma will understand your presence there…" I finished from him, not in the slightest worried about Vegeta's words, of which he was trying to convey that he wasn't interested in Bulma but wanted to speak with the 'Future Trunks', possibly while she was present. Raven elbowed Vegeta near to him, saying something softly only Vegeta could hear and she and he, via Raven's use of the 'Instant Transmission' vanished from sight. Beerus, Whis and Goku also vanished in a hot second before they left as well, the rest of us still standing here, more questions than answers. Tarble, now left alone and silent watched as his kingly brother left, now standing alone.
"Kron, will head on over back home then." Blake began, whispering into my sides, she, Weiss and then Cinder came over as Zangya and Pyrrha stood nearby though a little far off than them.
"Oh, did you want to know where my clone ended up taking the kids then. I took them to Gohan's place in Satan City, since his father in-law, Hercule gave he and Vidal such a massive place… he had enough rooms spare for them." Blake replied, nodding as she peered on over to Pyrrha.
"I'll get Pyrrha to help us then, 'Instant Transmission' us on over there. See the situation. I will also pick up Bulla and Trunks, since you know… their mother might want them to speak with the 'Future Trunks', cheer him up hopefully. Might be good for him, seeing that he gets a sister… Though in saying that, he's really going to need some help to fix that timeline of his, he can't just keep fleeing to our one… I think you should think about helping him fully, him and Jaina has been patiently waiting for assistance as well, training as she has. Food for thought." Blake finished off, looking thoughtful as I thought over her words, as I was sure 'Future Trunks' might get upset knowing that he would never 'have' a sister in his timeline, I decided then and there that I will head off with 'Future Trunks' and help restore his timeline, whatever else happens.
And that sure enough, I shall eventually get around to helping 'Future Jaina' in her timeline, I've held off on that and the fact that 'Future Jaina' also couldn't even go there, though 'Time Patrol Trunks' mentioned that his 'boss' has or shall lift whatever blocks they placed on that timeline of hers… Fuck, but I'm not sure about time travel and sure is shit am no rocket scientist…
'I'll have to talk with Bulma before she begins her work on Trunks time machine, see if she can make or keep the blueprints and design another one or two for use.'
'Shit, I need to do a lot of time jumping, what a mission… All I need to do is make sure first and foremost, that Bulma instead creates a new type of time machine, which can fit not just a person but people; up to five Inside or more. Would be an excellent question for 'Future Trunks' or Bulma, after she's gone over her future-alternates selves notes.
"Alright then, Goku and Lord Beerus and Whis are going to see about this guy so I guess it is business as usual then." Tien said, looking around at those around.
"Buu, go now. Buu not got all day, Buu need eat-"
"-N-Now now, Ah- Majin Buu… I'll need a lift-" Hercule immediately trailed the lumbering caped pink-loudmouth, though from Gohan's side Vidal voiced her own opinion.
"Dad, I'll take you if you'd like." Gohan stepped forwards, Majin Buu took off and Cumber strode forwards towards Mira, pushing past Nouva or would have if he was not easily swept aside. Gohan then spoke, looking to Vidal.
"uh, right. I might head off as well, go see the Trunks from the future too. In his future, a version of me was his mentor so, perhaps I could offer some words or even an hour or two of a spar. Alright Vidal." she nodded, Pyrrha whispered into my own ear, the other ladies of mine besides Bulma; who had left already and Winter- with Nappa and that other Saiyan also left, we still nearby me.
"Will see you when we see you then." Pyrrha; used 'Instant Transmission' her shoulder held by Weiss, who'd peered at me with raised eyebrows, provocative, giving a wink after though the combination of the small frown only made the woman cuter than usual. Blake and Zangya grabbing hold of Cinder and pushing her into Pyrrha's back next, then they all vanished from sight though not my senses, reappearing in West City; specifically Ruby's place where the majority of my kids were.
"-So I uh, nothing else to add then… Silence, sweet then I'm going to-" Eighteen wrapped an arm around Krillin's head, adding with a deadpan expression.
"-Nothing for it, I've got shopping to do and you're coming with, or did you forget Krillin." he waved her off, chuckling, the two of them taking off, Krillin adding.
"Ah, we'd better head off to Chichi's, pick up Maron before…" his words trailed off, the further they flew off, Seventeen turning to Sixteen, the latter still standing there in silence, calculating most likely and I shook my own head, I was wasting time standing here.
(Dabura-POV)
Kron left a moment after, Seventeen with hands folded, stood there while Pikkon turned to Cumber, not in the mood for his aggressive nature while Nouva and he squared up.
"You two are to start this quarrel here, while you're guests of this place."
"And green alien with no nose, you've got a lot of nerve speaking to me as if you're my better. I'd crush you." Cumber sneered, Nouva nearby replying that made Cumber scowl at him next.
"Yeah, you could do, but I count a lot of us here who could drop you together. Then if you believe you'll do better, there is always someone like Kron who would be there, putting you in your place on the totem pole. Anyways, I've gotten nothing besides fearmongering of that lizard Frieza and the other one, I will not be scared of someone who hides behind his men while he-"
"-Alright you lot, clear off but keep your ears open for-" Yamcha said, his words were cut off when Cumber afterimaged on over, knocking him towards Sixteen, who caught him easily. Tien's woman Yang, pointed at Cumber, snarky in tone while a tick mark formed on her head.
"Aren't you an annoying monkey boy... and look who came back for you… Kron there-" Cumber turned, his gaze changed from the sneer to one of surprise then to confusion… then to anger at having been tricked though when he turned to yell at her, Dabura seen Towa raise a hand and seized him with her magic, then turning to Dabura and Mira.
"...I'll take this rowdy monkey with me to Kron, since he's in need of a beating. Mira, train with Dabura there and see about getting one of these others as an opponent since you could use more variety." She vanished from her spot, reappearing near to a frozen Cumber and the two of them vanished from the lookout, Dende and Mr. Popo sighing in relief as Pikkon turned towards Merus and the other Galactic Patroller.
"Merus is it, I'm in need to speak to your leader. I'm in need of a job within your organization since I've been brought back to life, I've found myself only getting through my days with training and the basic necessities. I'd like to join an organization such as yours; my sense of justice has been stifled here somewhat as of late. The God of Destruction's decision to allow Frieza and Cooler to survive has not made it better." Merus nodded, replying.
"Our organization doesn't target Frieza's empire, for he is too powerful for even our agents to offer him direct confrontation…" they trailed on, Dabura seeing that the others were beginning to leave also, slowly as they peered up into their own groups and talked for a bit, Dabura looked at Mira who was getting increasingly bored from just standing about now.
"Come Mira. Nouva, Oceanus Shenron and you two, Sixteen, Seventeen. I call upon you four to spar with the two of us for a bit. How does that sound-" Pikkon turned to him too, Merus speaking quietly with his fellow patroller, that Jaco alien… who looked to be freaking out at whatever had been said between them.
"-I, Merus here and Jaco shall join you for some time and offer you a fight as well. I could use multiple opponents to offer me a challenge…" Merus nodding too, then adding.
"Jaco here shall be observing for a time, though he does insist he needs to leave for the mission, I can spare an hour for this."
"W-Well the Galactic King wouldn't want us to meddle in the a-affairs of these guys-" Merus peered at him with clear confusion, as if saying 'that is why they are there in the first place…' or something rather similar in that regard, Dabura wasn't too keen on standing on the Lookout for any further talks. Powering himself through rigorous training seemed much more interesting now-
"-Dabura. This grows tiresome." Mira kicked off the Lookout, bringing him out of his thoughts and he followed the punk off.
