Though among the hundreds of thousands of signals, there are indeed dozens that can be clearly identified as coming from Ramasitia, because the Holy Descendants can only recognize his signals, and even then not completely.
Fisher read it for a bit, and it's all disjointed, like two sentences' content, with random single words appearing, the rest being gibberish, and the order of these words makes Fisher somewhat confused. Here's a rough example:

That's basically it, no grammar, no logic, the subject is chaotic, it's completely incomprehensible that this would be used for communication.
