When a task was recognised as being above the capabilities of a group, most situations would call for them to give up or to bring in someone of a higher grade to assist them.
When it came to taking on jobs of certain grades, there needed to be at least one person qualified with the same grade as the job to be able to complete it.
The only times that there would usually be exceptions to that would be if the information regarding the job was not complete.
If it were a C-grade task, then there needed to be at least one C-grade Balancer to be hired within a group.
If it were a bigger job that required more than one group, then each group would likely need at least one C-grade Balancer in their group to be able to qualify to be hired for it.
E-grade and D-grade Balancers or groups with at least one of them were much easier to get hold of for much lower-grade jobs, as they were the most common.
