Chapter 1 - Unbearing Boredom

BOOM BOOM BOOM

The sounds of hammering resounded thousands of kilometers. The art of hammer clashing against metal, Smithing... a simple yet complicated skill. Olen Stahlfeuer a master of masters, even his title as a constellation is Forefather. He is a being who has reached the absolute top of his art, one would think such a person is filled with a sense of fulfillment, but Olen suffers from boredom that has been deemed incurable.

"...I'M BORED!", shouts out the frustrated Olen after he had finished hammering the adamantium into the shape of a sword, "Sigh... No one ever comes to challenge me anymore." Olen reminisces about the days when young new constellations filled with a sense of pride and competitiveness would come to challenge him to a Forging Battle. Unfortunately not being able to surpass him, they quickly gave up within a few centuries, leaving Olen in his lonely workshop. There he has been hammering for millennia constantly striving to improve, but with no one to beat and nothing he can't make, he is left with a deep void in his heart, longing for someone or something to reignite his passion.

"System..", instantly multiple windows opened in front of Olen, he opened the System's Shop and listed the adamantium sword that he had now finished making for 20 thousand Ethereal Gold.

"SHIT....", Spitting out a barrage of cursing, , a mid-rank Constellation who had just watched as one of his contractees died after being stabbed in the back by one of his teammates, began furiously challenging the constellations that those 'teammates' were servants of, "YOU BASTARDS! I'LL KILL ALL OF YOU AND YOUR HUNTERS!"

"Huh... What's going on?" Others were now beginning to join in, curious about the commotion, "Seems like had one of his hunters killed. He's challenging and to a territory battle." This commotion had also caught the eyes of a few High-Ranking constellations, Olen Stahlfeuer included.

'..Hunter?' Olen usually just spent his time in the workshop and never kept up-to-date with the affairs of the universe, only then did he realize just how far behind he is. "What's a Hunter?" Olen had no choice but to ask, "...No way, !" hundreds of messages like these began popping up after Olen had asked about what a 'Hunter' was, while he was slightly shocked at the response it wasn't unnatural, after all, he hasn't spoken to others since he had become a High-Ranking Constellation.

".. ahaha, I suppose It has been a while since I was last here", Olen mumbled to himself.

"Gosh..you are quite far behind ", , another High-Ranking Constellation, playfully mocked 's lack of knowledge, " A Hunter is a job that Humans on a newly awakened planet have. We give them a bit of our power and in exchange they spread our names and glory, though they die quite easily so most constellations bestow their powers to multiple Humans." began explaining to Olen.

What he had learned was that a small planet had cultivated enough Stellar Energy which allowed its inhabitants to awaken Mana and the powers that came with it, this also meant that species which they had believed to be fantasy were now capable of travelling there.

As a result of these species which they called 'Monsters' invading they set up a group that specialized in hunting these 'Monsters', The Monster Invasion Prevention Bureau and those who work there are called Hunters.

After learning all that, Olen began contemplating whether or not he should find a Human with whom he could bestow his power, or simply watch as the others fight each other over different Humans.

After thinking about it for some time, he ultimately decided against giving his powers to them, he already had plenty of servants on other planets that were much bigger than the small planet that these Humans lived on. He also believed that their bodies were too weak to be able to withstand the power he would bestow upon his contractees.
