Iwagakure's Third Tsuchikage, Onoki, the old guy whose strength was comparable to a legend, invited the other four Great Ninja Villages for a meeting.
The Five Kage Summit is a very important occassion. After the meeting is over, the follow-up development of the Five Great Ninja Village will be decided. Subsequently, the collapse of the meeting can become the fuse of the next ninja world war.
Tsunade looked puzzled, because it was strange for the Tsuchikage to hold a Five Kage Summit at this point in time.
