-Silvia's POV-
By the time we get back home, it was already 5pm.
I and Nicole are in the living room, sitting in the sofa in a tired manner. I feels so tired being drag all around the mall by my best friend.
I sigh, feeling sorry for myself then I look beside me, where my best friend is and shake my head.
Suddenly, my butler walk towards me, holding some kind of invitation card. Then he first greet me before handing me the card and saying. "Young miss, Mr. Leon ask me to give this to you and you should attend it tonight."
I look at the invitation card in my hand. It was golden in color, like a VIP card and there's also diamond sign on the side, there's a name and the time.
Then I look at the butler who bow first before walking away.
I look at the invitation once again before placing it at the side and picking up my phone, then I dial a familiar number and wait for the other side to pick it up.
After a while, the call was picked up and an excited voice can be heard from the other side. "Oh my gosh Silvia, you finally call. I thought you'll ignore me forever." It was a voice of a man in a coquettish tone, however he didn't stop there. "Did you get the invitation card? You should come tonight. It's grandfather's birthday, you know or maybe you forget about it?." I stayed silent at that.
Indeed, I forgot that it was that old man's birthday today, then I heard him speak again. "Oh my god don't tell me you completely forgot about it? I knew it, tsk tsk. If grandpa knew about it, he will be sad." Then I heard his dramatic sigh on the other side. "Anyway you should come tonight, don't worry there's not much people who would come tonight." Hearing this, I just agree and we talk for a while more before hanging up.
I look at my phone before tossing it at the side and standing up, intending to head to my bedroom. I need to prepare my clothes for tonight and since it's that old man's birthday today, I'll just wear something slightly 'simple'.
When I step inside my bedroom, it was clean and refreshing. This is the environment that I want, quiet and peaceful.
Then I walk towards my walk-in closet and started looking for my clothes for tonight.
My walk-in closet was very large and spacious. In the middle is a small table and at the side is a chair and some other things. To the right is a door leading to my make-up room where different kind of cosmetics was in place.
I walk deeper and arrive at a slightly small space where some gown and dress was in place. I look around and sometimes I will pick one and look at it from head to toe before putting it back.
Then I continue to look until I saw a colorful French Sequins Dress. I look at it and pick it up. I remember that someone gift me this dress on my birthday 2 years ago but I don't remember who.
I look at it up and down then nod before walking away with it in my hand.
The birthday banquet was starting a 7 and it's already 6:25 so I need to dress up.
I place it at the table before looking for a heels that suitable for the dress. Fortunately I have a lot of heels that I can chose and not long after, I finally found one.
It was a silver stiletto heels and it completely suit to the dress.
After picking up everything that I need, I walk into the bathroom and wash up. Soon, I'm finish showering and I go to the walk-in closet.
I pick up the dress and walk to the changing room at the side. About 2 minutes, I walk out with the bathrobe in my hands.
I toss the bathrobe at the table and pick up the heels and wear it. After a while, I stand up and walk to the mirror to see my appearance.
As always, I'm beautiful and gorgeous. My hair was not set up yet. Looking at myself into the mirror all dressed up, I feel tall, but not that tall. My height was only 5'6 but with the stiletto, my height change slightly.
I look at my dress that only reach my knee, and standing tall, my white, smooth and beautiful can be seen.
At least this dress looks normal to me and not too revealing. Then I walk inside my make-up room and sit at the chair, facing the table where different makeups was in place.
I look at myself in the mirror before getting into action and make myself more beautiful. After a while, I'm done. I only put on a light make up and a pinkish lipstick. I also tie my hair in a slightly messy bun, of course my short hair on both side was not included. I have an earrings, and a silver necklace that has an infinity symbol on it.
Now looking at myself in the mirror, I feel satisfied and I smiled before putting everything back.
I step out of the room and look at the walk-in closet for a while before walking away, not forgetting my purse.
I left the bedroom and head downstairs and that's when I suddenly remember Nicole. I look at the living room and as expected, Nicole notice me and when she look at me, she was shocked and she hurriedly come to me.
I continue walking downstairs and head to the dining table to drink my prepared milk, while Nicole was following, looking at me from head to toe and finally I couldn't help but look at her.
"Sill, where are you going? Harry's concert start at 9 and it's just, what time is it? Oh, it's only 6:47pm. Are you going somewhere?." Question Nicole and I was left speechless.
I ignored her and continue drinking my milk before answering her. "It's Grandpa Jin's birthday today and tonight is the celebration and the start is 7 o'clock. I was invited so I need to hurry." Then I put down the glass and started walking to the main door, but I suddenly stopped and look at Nicole before saying. "I can't accompany you tonight, you should get Alia to come with you." And with that, I opened the door and left, leaving the dumbfounded Nicole.
I headed straight to the main gate where a black car was waiting for me and I knew that my other best friend, James, is the one who ordered them to pick me up.
And I would be a shameless woman so I instantly step inside the moment the driver opened the door for me.
I sat down, place my purse at the side and waited for the driver to go back to his seat and started the car.
After the driver started the car, we immediately left and my mansion-like house was slowly fading in the background.
I relax inside the car and pick up my phone to browse since I'm bored and has nothing to do.
Not long after, the car stopped in front of a brightly lit mansion. Someone opened the door for me and I pick up my purse before stepping out.
I look around and found a 7 or 8 car at the distance, however new car was arriving and men in a black suit would come to them and opened the door.
After looking for a while, I started walking towards the entrance where a sound of music and noise can be heard.
When I was close to the door, a familiar face greeted me and I knew him. He was the butler of this mansion and he ask me about the invitation card so I give it to him then the butler let me in.
Since this place was so big, it was not that crowded but the noise was loud and laughter sometimes can be heard.
I look around to see if there's someone I know. Then I saw my friend James walking to me hurriedly. "Silvia you're here." The moment James shout my name, all the people inside stopped talking and the place became quiet then they all look at me. The only thing that can be heard is James loud footstep.
Soon, James was standing in front of me. He was taller than be but because I'm wearing a heels, I was slightly taller.
"Grandpa is waiting for you, come with me." Then he grab my arms and drag me upstairs and left the crowd.
Before I'm completely gone, I heard the noise of the people but it was much louder than before but I can't reach what they were talking about.
Soon, James drag me into a room. The room was not that large but it was spacious inside. A group of people was sitting and talking to each other but when I step in they immediately look at me and they became excited, visible on their face.
I smiled at them before looking at the old man in the middle. "Happy Birthday, Grandpa Jin." I walk towards him and give him a peck before sitting at the empty seat.
Just then, the girls in the room immediately come to me. "Oh my, Silvia you really come." Said the blonde haired girl.
"I haven't seen for so long, when did you come?." Asked by a middle-aged woman with concern.
"Silvia, I missed you." A young girl that was acting cute while hugging me.
I smiled at them and slowly answered their questions. "I just got back a week ago, and Auntie I'm sorry I didn't visit you early." Then I look at the young woman that was acting cute. "I miss you too, Ella." Then we talk not too long since the birthday was about to start.
"Alright, Auntie and Grandpa, I'll go back first." And they all nod. I stand up and leave the room and walk along the corridor until I arrive at the balcony.
I look in the distance and was in a daze until a light footstep can be heard. I look to where it was coming from and saw a Handsome man walking towards me.
I look at the man up and down and thought that maybe I saw him somewhere before since he's giving me a familiar feeling.
I ignored him and just look at the night sky that was full of glistening stars. Then I heard a slightly hoarse and pleasant voice. "What are you doing here?."
I was stunned and look at my side, only to see him looking at me deeply.
He was handsome and well made by a gods. He has dark hair, deep dark eyes that looks like an abyss, his nose was good and his lips... His lips was attractive.
He was wearing a black suit and he was looking at me deeply, without battling an eyelid.
I look at him once again before looking into the distance. "How about you? What are you doing here?." I asked back at him.
Then from my peripheral vision, I saw him look at the distance and place his hands on his pocket before saying. "Nothing, I saw you coming here and I thought you'll do something, plus I think I saw you somewhere before."
I turned to look at him before leaning forward and placing my hands at the fences and look ahead then say. "Many people say the same to me, even though it's my first time meeting them." I look at him before continuing. "Or maybe you really saw me somewhere before because I thought the same."
This time I saw him, stunned and I took a deep breath before looking at him in the eyes. "Have we really met somewhere before?."
The man was about to answer but was interrupted by a loud and cheerful voice. "Silvia you're here, come come, the banquet was about to start."
It was James, my best friend. I nod at him before doing the same to the man and left, leaving the man behind.
We arrive fast, so the moment we step in, the banquet start and all the people was enjoying themselves.
The people here was either rich or influential family. The laughter and talking of the people around was loud and the whole place was lively.
I saw that many people give gifts at Grandpa Jin and he was full of smiles.
One of the woman on his side saw me and she nod at then smile and I do the same before walking towards where the wine was placed.
I picked up a red wine and sip before looking around and sigh.
