Silas stood frozen, his mind racing with confusion. Initially, he had been puzzled as to why the former Demon King hadn't taken precautions against the imminent attack. However, when his gaze fell upon one of the two women atop the platform, clarity and dread struck him like lightning.

"Stop!" he cried out, desperation etched in his voice.
