Lou Wei noticed Zhou Can seemed a bit tense when looking at the photos.
"Mr. Zhou, let me see you off."
She was clearly keen to send him away.
"Please stay, it's late at night, and you live alone. Lock the door well."
Zhou Can waved goodbye to her as he stepped out.
"The situation you've reported, I'll hand over to the police promptly. The other matters, I'll handle after verifying them. Thank you for providing me with such important information. Goodbye!"
"Take care!"
She escorted him to the door, watched Zhou Can walk to the elevator shaft, then shut the door.
Yet, Zhou Can's mind was on the photos on the wall.
One particular photo showed Lou Wei with a refined middle-aged man.
She looked particularly young and inexperienced at the time, probably only eighteen or nineteen. The man seemed somewhat familiar.
Definitely not her father or brother.
If he were a cousin, they wouldn't have been cuddled together so intimately.
