A hand suddenly reached over, pointing to a step on her scratch paper.
"Here," Evan Fairchild reminded her.
Melody Monroe looked where his finger was pointing, and her eyes lit up.

"I finally solved it! I was stuck on it for so long and tried so many different methods, but nothing worked. It turns out that was the part I got wrong! Mr. Fairchild, you're incredible." Melody Monroe stood up, looking at Evan Fairchild excitedly.
"Are there any others you can't figure out?" Evan Fairchild sat down, preparing to tutor her personally.
Melody Monroe immediately pulled out all the problems she was stuck on.
