"Good news, is it not? Why don't we send the Emperor of Slumber over to the Nightmare World and see if any Nightmare Monarchs can be drawn into our ranks?"
The Emperor of Slumber is the lord of the 401st layer of the Abyss, subordinate to Eternal Sleep. His true form is a Level 10 Mid Stage Sleep Demon, blooded in the second Full-Scale Invasion War. As a Sleep Demon, he traverses the Nightmare World at will.
