The recently turned 16-year-olds youngsters are meeting at the governor's mansion where a caravan will escort them to the city.
Orione is located in an arid zone with few resources and its main source of income is mining.
The ancestor of the current governor found an orion mine in this deserted area and over the years the miners' settlement became a small town of several hundred inhabitants.
Orion is a spiritual metal of not very high value, intense blue in color, but it has the property that by injecting spiritual energy into it, a kind of multicolored aurora is projected, and it is used for the production of ornaments.
Every certain amount of time, the governor prepares a shipment of orion to trade in the city.
The merchants who need to travel to Blue Port City to sell the goods take advantage of this opportunity to travel with them, escorted by one of the 3 personal guards of the Governor. These 3 warriors are the strongest people in town only being surpassed by the governor himself.
The governor's mansion is quite big. With several buildings surrounding a large training ground in the center where the governor's people usually train.
Around 20 young people and 10 merchants with their people are gathered there. Around 80 people preparing a caravan of 50 horses are waiting for the governor to give the order to leave.
Ciel walks with a leather bag towards where the young people are gathered.

One of the 3 guards steps forward, a middle age man, although he wears a tunic, it is noticeable that he strong and trained body, and a scar that climbs up his neck can be seen.
"William is escorting them on this trip." Shouts the governor to everyone present.
"Get the horses ready! follow me!" yells William
