After meditating for so long – not knowing how much time has gone, Nicos stop meditating to discover that his body is glowing though not as much as when he was in meditation. Putting on his outfit to cover it up, Nicos stepped out of the room to the sitting room along with the Spirit beast that have also been absorbing the Spirit Essence all this while, looking close, one will notice they have grown a bit compared to how they were before.
Tabitha stepped out almost the same time from her room like Nicos with Dew trailing after her fulling fitted in her outfit making her alluring and accentuating her young body shape. Though the outfit is not exposing in any way, it still amplifies her beauty – though she also had her hood pulled up.
Nicos look at her and admire her beauty, the whole time they've been together since the time they enter the Spirit Realm, he has not fully placed his attention on her until now. Tabitha noticed he was looking at her and just rolled her eyes and didn't say anything. They moved to the sitting room, where they found Alfonso and Nakita discussing.
When the two of them saw Nicos and Tabitha, they were both surprised by the feeling they are getting from the two of them. "Have you two form your Essence pond?" Alfonso asked.
Nicos and Tabitha look at each other and nod their head signifying that they both have formed their Essence pond.
"What?" Nakita exclaimed, "you must be kidding with me!"
"Are you sure you've formed your Essence pond?" Alfonso asked again not being, but he also show agitation that he was trying to hide with difficulty.
"Yes, I formed by Essence pond before I left the room," Nicos replied.
"Same thing for me, though I took some time to rest before I came out," Tabitha added.
"You both are really defiling common knowledge." Alfonso sighed.
"Did we do anything wrong?" Nicos asked looking bewildered by their expression.
"If achieving what was supposed to take the minimum of 3 months of human time in one day can be said to be wrong, then you have both committed a grievous crime," Nakita said.
"One day? But it felt like so much time as passed while I was meditating, I thought I have been in that position for three days." Tabitha said, with Nicos agreeing with her, he felt like some time has passed since they entered the Spirit Realm to the time he start meditating and now. Being told only one day has passed makes it feels weird.
"I can understand the feeling." Nakita said, "when I first entered the Spirit Realm, I felt the same thing too, so I can relate. The Spirit Realm is timeless, with no cycle of night and day, some parts are constantly in perpetual darkness like the territories of the dark factions and the uncharted zones. While there is part of the spirit realm where the sun never goes down, the only neutral place in the Spirit Realm is the forest and wilderness, There is no cycle of night and day in the wilderness and forest but you can determine when to rest with the absence of the sun."
To determine time in the Spirit Realm, every race in the Spirit Realm have a way of doing that, what the Human did was invent something that calculates time according to the Human world, this way they will be able to track the time spent.
This is one of the things that appeal to humans about the Spirit Realm, it might seem that a long time has been spent but in fact, it is just a little time spent and sometimes, time seems to fly by speedily. This makes time in the Spirit Realm not predictable and the reason for Humans creating a device that helps them determine time to guide them.

Tabitha and Nicos sat down on the long couch horizontal to the couch Alfonso, who was sitting opposite Nakita. Tabitha sits with Dew on her lap while Eclairs and the other two Spirit beasts sat around Nicos.
"Starting from where we left it, to begin the journey of becoming stronger in the Spirit Realm, the first step is to form your Essence pond in your lower abdomen, the stronger and deeper the Essence pond, the farther one will be able to go in the pursuit of strength."
There is no control over the capacity of one's Essence pond, it is preordained by fate, though some have the opportunity and have a fortuitous encounter that helps in increasing the capacity of their Essence pond, but it doesn't come easy.
After the Essence pond is formed and filled with Spirit Essence which then becomes Spirit Element. One Spirit Element is different from the other as we all have different Spirit Avatars.
The journey of increasing the strength of the Spirit Avatar will begin when we form our Essence pond, but there is a need for constant meditation to fill the Essence pond because it serves a lot of purposes, it serves as the base needed to further the evolution of the Spirit root.
Apart from that, it is also needed when engaging in battles, the Spirit Element in the body needs to be channelled into every move in a battle to make it lethal, which is why the quality and quantity of the Spirit Element are important, some people have been lucky to have the Spirit Element in them compressed and purify to a higher level that allows them so a lot of things while using little Spirit Element in the process while others Spirit Element is as light as the Spirit Essence in the atmosphere which makes them expend a lot of Spirit Element when carrying out any activities that need the usage of Spirit Element.
Other things help determine the quality, quantity and recovery time of the Spirit Element and one of these things is faith power. There are different explanations for what faith power is and how it is being utilized and there are other diabolical explanations that are used to convince people in the wrong direction that there is a Supreme being feeding on power faith to become stronger.
Contrary to this, the explanation passed down in the light faction is that faith power is what helps us in the Spirit Realm, without the faith power no one will be able to enter the Spirit Realm or sustain their presence for a long time.
The pressure on the Spirit Avatar in the Spirit Realm is so high that it is with the help of the faith power that helps sustain it and give it the ability to move freely, that is why some people are not able to stay for an extended period in the Spirit Realm because their faith power is not enough to sustain their presence.
The people exempted from this are the race that lives in the Spirit Realm. Humans have made attempts to understand the reason behind this, but after being beaten back by failure after failure, they decide to give up on the thought.
Faith power is very difficult to improve, unlike Spirit Element which needs meditation, the way to improve faith power has not been fully discovered by humans, the only thing known for now is that faith power increases naturally on its own, how much it increases at a time cannot be assured because it varies from time to time and from people to people.
This is not to say people with low faith power are doomed, someone with the lowest faith power can still stay in the Spirit Realm for approximately one month before such a person needs to leave the Spirit Realm, the problem there is that their progress is very slow and usually fluctuate, sometimes they might seem to be making good progress while sometimes they are stuck at a bottleneck for a long while, another thing at times when they are making good progress and it just remains a little while to achieve their aim, they won't have faith power to sustain them in the Spirit Realm, this might as well waste all their effort which is why adventurer don't usually add them to their combat team and put them in a different position.
