The character's personality should have an unhinged and insane edge to them.
There shikai allows them to cast illusions upon them self.
There bankai becomes a special/had ability allowing them to pier into multiverse and select diffent versions of themself and use there ability's.
There bankai should only be truly reviled to the main cast and soul society in the thousand year blood war, where said bankai gets stolen and the person using it has a mental break down realising it back to the character.
Can be shown to the readers but can't be in soul society and said opponent must be killed at the end.
