Chapter 151: Hyuga Conflict
She knew that Minato potential was better than hers but watching him learned a jutsu that her brother just casually teach him and mastered it just in a short time.
Make her feel jealous, because she had spent several months just trying to master the same jutsu that her brother had taught her.
Although her relationship had ease a little bit, after spending time with him as a team 7, but she still didn't open her heart to him. Instead watching Minato effortlessly mastering one jutsu after another, make her competitiviness ignited.

Hyuga Residence - Side Branch
After becoming the Citizen of Konoha, Raiken had targeted 3 clan and the first one is Sarutobi followed by Shimura and Hyuga Clan.
Two Clan had fall into bankruptcy... almost bankrupt actually, after all the benefit for their clan no longer funneled to them by the third Hokage and Danzo.
Those who are living in frugality to luxury is easy, but from luxury to frugality is difficult. That what was happen to both Clan after their salary depends entirely on their mission difficulty.
Before this, they can only do one D Rank mission and can live like someone who just did 2 A rank mission and now, they themselves need to do that mission every month making them feel frustrated at the same time they knew they couldn't do anything about it.
While Hyuga Clan situation is a bit complicated, first of all no one knows what Hyuga side branch faced outside of their clan.
From what Raiken had gathered, main Branch wasn't just the Hyuga Hizashi and Hiashi, even the elders are also considered main branch.

But unlike Hiashi, the other elders would also get a cage bird seal on their forehead and at the same time they also knows how to activate the curse seal on the other forehead.
Which means, they have 3/4 voice within the Hyuga Clan and can order them like a clan leader.
That is why, when the incident of Hinata kidnapping happen, the elders was the one who suggested to agree with Hokage, to sacrice Hizashi.
In short, they hated being put with a leash but they also loves their position and didn't want to lose that position to another side branch family.
Secretly 2/3 of the dissatisfaction of side family come from them, another 1/3 come from clan leader family.

Previously, what Raiken had done behind the scenes was buying through the livestreaming mall, he had purchased something callled an altering seal that had the specific ability to alter the existing Birdcage seal that the Hyuga main family used to keep the branch family under their control.
Sometimes he would named it altering seal and another time he would call it reverse seal.
On why he just bought it wasting the stars point, and didn't invent the new reverse seal was because, he did not have direct access to the original seal so he had taken a different approach entirely, which is to buy the cure from the system.
The current seal on Hyuga foreheard only have one mark, even with how powerful Uzumaki Clan in fuinjutsu, they afraid it would affect Hyuga members. So Raiken choose easiest method which is to buy it directly from the system.
The alteration would not remove the seal completely because main family might using politics to pressure him. The birdcage seal exist to protect others Hyuga from their Byakuga stolen by enemy.
So with alteration seal, no one can says he had violated the law and exposed the side branch to the danger. The branch members would still carry the seal that would protect their eyes and if they died, instantly their eyes would still be destroyed by the seal, it was to protect the Byakugan from falling into enemy hands.
But the part of the seal that allowed the main family to inflict pain at will,that had been used for generations to keep the branch members obedient through fear, that part would be gone.
One by one, the branch family members had been visited by Uzumaki Kirina, a seal specialist from the Uzumaki Clan who understood the work well enough to carry it out cleanly. She moved between them over several weeks.
By the first of August she finally done altering all the seal on the branch member, now every branch member of the Hyuga Clan no longer feel scared to the elders and clan leader.
That means this is a time to change and abolish slave system.

Hyuga Soren, read the scroll and with his arrogant tone.
"You will serve as an escort for the delegation to the Land of Fire border next week," said Elder Hyuga Soren, not looking up from the document in his hand as he addressed the branch members that had gathered in front of him. "Preparation begins tomorrow at dawn."
Hyuga Natsu, one of the senior branch members, looked at the elder for a moment before speaking.
"We will not going there," said Natsu calmly.
Although there is no problem with the mission but this is time for revolution.
Everyone in the room become quiet, Elder Soren slowly raised his eyes from the document.
"What did you say?" he asked with anger.
"We will not be going," repeated Natsu. "We are declining the assignment."
Soren hand moved to the seal on the back of his own palm, the activation point that connected to every branch member mark in the residence.
He pressed it and activated the chakra
10 seconds passed and nothing happened.
He pressed it again, harder this time, his brow furrowing as the familiar response failed to come. The branch members in front of him did not flinch, did not buckle and did not drop to their knees the way they always had whenever he pressed the activation point with chakra.
They simply stood and looked at him like he was an idiot.
Hyuga Nawaki just smirked. "Idiot, the current birdcage seal no longer work on us."
"The seal has been altered," added Natsu, while folding his hand infront of Soren.
"What did you say?" Soren stood up looking surprised, although he didn't want to believe it but the proof inside of him.
"Why are you scared," Provoked Nawaki.
"Do you know that seal was meant to protect you," replied Soren.
Natsu smirked and answered him. "We are still bound by the new seal, If we die our eyes would be destroyed as they always would have been. But the part that belonged to you, the part that let you use us like a tools, that part is gone."
Soren stared at Natsu with his eyes become wide.
"This is treason," he said weakly and now he felt scared after remembering what he and his family had done to the others.
"We are still Hyuga and we are still willing to protect this clan and this village. But we will no longer be controlled through pain and we will no longer follow orders simply because refusing them used to hurt," said Natsu.
The others Hyuga chimed in agree with Natsu.
Another branch member stepped forward beside then another, until the entire room was filled with the Hyuga branch members.
Soren looked at the faces in front of him and for the first time in a very long time found that he had nothing to reach for.
Now he realised, he no longer can live like before and today would be the day that they finally learn a true horror.
