Kay's mind kept recalling when Adelyn got pregnant with Journee, aka Joanna, Zayden distributed packets and packets of sweets and savoury items all over New York City. Whatever Adelyn asked him for, he gave her. Whenever any craving hit, Zayden fulfilled her demands. Everyone was eager to meet with the new princess, but Journee was stubborn even before she was born. She took her sweet time to come into the world. Adelyn's labour was a long and hectic one. Journee was born after 30 hours of labour.
Zayden had joked that she truly was his daughter, as he too took 30 hours to come into the world. And he was right. Journee truly was his daughter.
