Of course, the hymns they sang didn't have the power like Duanmu Huai's. The Levatials of the Tower World could only chant binary hymns to praise the Mecha Spirit after being modified by the oil man. Duanmu Huai, however, naturally had influence because he was a Deity.
As for the humans of this world... well, unless someone is exceptionally gifted with a voice like the Levatials, it's just ordinary singing.
But Duanmu Huai couldn't be certain that there wasn't anyone like that, mainly because there's nothing strange in this great, big world. He had even seen someone who sang with built-in remixing. Heaven doesn't follow logic or reason. Among these billions of people, there might really be someone with a unique voice like the Levatials.
