I noticed when re reading that I never truly defined how these powers are truly interacting with this world.
Differences
The physique in this world even with haki is not as crazy as it is in the One Piece verse.
In the One Piece universe people can destroy large landmasses like islands or cities if they are strong enough.
Someone like Kaido if he comes to this world would be a threat akin to the full capabilities of the Others if they hypothetically took over the world and have billions of corpses.
His is an apocalyptic threat.
No one in this world comes close even remotely to this level of personal power even the Legendary Jormungandr.
Their physiques can improve but they are solidly in human capabilities. No zooming through a city with pure physical speed.
No slicing a meteor with air slashes (unless you use a very powerful devil fruit.
With relentless training and a blessed talent the most they can grow to is someone like Bkack Panther and Captain America's physiques and even that requires Haki to sustain.
So think of them like slightly evolved humans even though most people in the world will never reach that level.
Barring that, the absolute peak of pure physical strength are two people.
The Mountain amd Sandoq the Shadow from the era of the Dance.
Our MC when he awakened and evolves to a demigod, has boosted his strength and lifetime significantly.
Now he is more akin to Spider-Man naturally without the boost of haki, making him so dangerous to others it's not funny.
Although, Zoan devil fruits passively boost strength to great levels. Most fall just short of the Black Panther level but the mythical zoan a boost you to half way to our MC's level and Captain America. Combined with the passive regeneration most zoans grant make them the second most sought after fruit by nobles and commoners alike.
Haki
Armament Haki: "through the blessing of the gods " it allows humans to use their will power as a physical weapon. Can wrap it on a weapon to further strengthen it and allow it to interact with things it normally will not be able to like magic, logias and spiritual beings.
It also boosts your strength, speed and agility whilst in use. It also can be used to protect your body. This is the easiest haki to acquire and most people with the right method can gain it.
This world however doesn't not know or have even envisioned anything like Internal Destruction and the other advanced applications of haki.
Observation Haki: using your "spirit" to feel the area. Can be used for scouting and some advanced applications like mind reading, intent reading and there are legends saying the legendary Lord, Cregan Stark had such skill in observation haki he could see the immediate future. These claims have never been verified.
This form of haki is rare and many may not awaken it in their life unless born with it, stumble across it through training or with the right training method which is guarded jealously by nobles around the world.
Color of the Conqueror: This is the rarest and most mysterious of all the haki. This haki depicts a person as the kind of one in ten million souls kind of talent. A natural born long of you believe what the septons say about it.
By projecting their will they can knock out weaker beings and make them lose consciousness easily.
Other secrets of this are not currently known to us at the Citadel as no king have either found other paths or have hidden it from the public eye.
This haki is extremely rare. You either have it or you don't. You most likely do not.
