With a light hum, Veronia spoke. Indeed, it didn't know what Agunas aimed to do; Agunas simply asked it to be ready to act. As for why action was needed, Agunas didn't say.
"Hmm, does it need you to act? Didn't it say to involve Tamur too?"

"Isn't Little Crocodile aware that Tamur and I have been together recently?"
