The two brothers sat down, and before them was the Bison Mountain Range, its entire expanse covered in red leaves, resembling a splendid sea of fire under the sunset's glow. Ian waved his hand, and a light screen appeared in front of them.
"Learning is important, but what's more important is practice. Elan, you're about the right age now. When I was your age, I ventured out on my own. While you shouldn't use me as a standard, you should be ready."
Ian indicated for Elan and himself to look seriously at the light screen: "Moreover, you should carefully observe various significant historical events and establish 'connections' with them. By doing so, you can later use your Retrospective Vision to repeatedly revisit the details within and learn more."
"Mm-hmm, I understand."
Elan nodded earnestly, and what appeared on the light screen was a confrontation between two people.
A confrontation between father and son.
