Chapter 89 - Ch 13-16

Chapter 13: Being the boss, this is a dream!

Liang Kun, with his portable fire extinguisher and a helpless Li Fu trailing behind him, rushed to Lin Feng's luxurious residence in Mong Kok.

Calling it a luxurious residence was a bit of an exaggeration; it was just a duplex loft of over a hundred square meters.

"Ah Feng, we're brothers for life, hurry up and tell me."

Lin Feng said, speechless:

"Chairman is a position of ill omen; it's not a good spot. Do you really want to sit on it?"

Liang Kun replied seriously:

"When you're out in the world, making money comes first, and then it's about prestige."

"Chairman, that's my dream!"

"Just think, being the boss of a Triad, everyone listens to you, I make all the decisions—how prestigious is that?"

"Ah Feng, I know your ambitions aren't here; you only want to make money and get revenge."

"Now that Ngai Kun is dead, your revenge is taken, and you just want to make money."

"We're brothers for life, you have to help me, no matter what, right?"

"My dreams aren't many, but this is the most important one. You wouldn't just stand by and do nothing, would you?"

Lin Feng quickly interrupted Liang Kun:

"Stop, stop, stop. Talk properly. Why are you suddenly getting so emotional?"

"Who said my revenge is complete? As long as The Ni Family doesn't collapse, this revenge isn't over!"

"If I wasn't going to help you, why would I have said those things?"

Liang Kun rubbed his hands, beaming with joy,

"I knew you were my best brother."

"Is Mr. Chiang really going to go legitimate?"

Lin Feng looked at Liang Kun with amusement, teasing him,

"Brother Kun, you weren't this excited when you lost your virginity, were you?"

This made Liang Kun's female companion curiously size him up.

Liang Kun was speechless, and casually pointed to Lin Feng's bedroom-cum-study upstairs:

"When we men do business, women should listen less."

"Xiao Fu, take her to the study."

Lin Feng said:

"I have some DVDs there. Let Sister-in-law watch whatever she likes."

The female companion obediently stood up and followed Li Fu upstairs.

Lin Feng scrutinized Liang Kun, who was quite displeased:

"What kind of look is that?"

Lin Feng advised:

"Brother Kun, it's better to have a steady companion. AIDS is very aggressive now."

"If you get infected, your family line will end."

"Even if it's not AIDS, what about gonorrhea, syphilis..."

Liang Kun's face turned green, listening with trepidation,

"Alright, alright, alright, I'll go to Renxin Hospital for a check-up later, and I'll take her with me!"

"Do you always feel unhappy if you don't provoke me a few times?"

Lin Feng burst out laughing.

Liang Kun, having a favor to ask, quickly pulled out a Marlboro and lit one for him. Lin Feng's eyes lit up:

"Rolex gold watch, good stuff."

His eyes were fixed on the gold watch.

Liang Kun, resigned, took off the gold watch and gave it to Lin Feng, his heart aching.

Lin Feng played with it for a moment, nodded in satisfaction, and then tossed it casually:

"Xiao Fu, this is a reward from Brother Kun for you."

Li Fu deftly caught the gold watch, quickly put it on his wrist, and was overjoyed:

"Thank you, Brother Feng, thank you, Brother Kun."

Liang Kun cursed:

"You two have had enough!"

"How many things have you robbed from me already?"

Lin Feng said dismissively:

"We wouldn't even bother with others."

Li Fu nodded in agreement:

"Brother Feng is right!"

Liang Kun was speechless.

However, he knew Lin Feng was telling the truth.

As a well-known boss and proprietor of Hung Hing, a Rolex was indeed a small matter.

Liang Kun sighed, urging:

"Hurry up and tell me, does Mr. Chiang really want to go legitimate?"

Lin Feng said with a serious expression:

"Yes."

"When Chiang Chen was still alive, he had a grandmaster tell the fortunes of his two sons."

"Two tigers cannot meet; if they do, one will surely die and one will be injured."

"So Chiang Chen placed one son locally and the other in Siam."

"The local one is Mr. Chiang, and the one in Siam is Chiang Tin-Yeung."

"Later, Chiang Chen died, and Chiang Tin-Sung inherited the Chairman position of Hung Hing."

Liang Kun frowned:

"What does this have to do with Mr. Chiang wanting to go legitimate?"

Lin Feng explained:

"It has a very big connection."

"Although the Chiang brothers were separated after they grew up, their relationship is very good; they basically call each other every few days."

"If they have time, they'll even meet up."

"Don't let Chiang Tin-Yeung's location in Siam fool you; he's doing much, much better than Chiang Tin-Sung."

Liang Kun didn't believe it:

"Chiang Tin-Yeung is doing better than Chiang Tin-Sung?"

Lin Feng explained:

"Much, much better."

"Let me put it this way."

"How many Triads like our Hung Hing are there in Hong Kong?"

Liang Kun blurted out:

"Around ten."

Lin Feng nodded:

"Exactly, our Hung Hing is one of the top ten Triads in Hong Kong."

"However, the Hung Hing branch in Siam is one of the top three Triads in Siam."

"Not only that, but they also have extremely strong ties with the local government."

"They can even influence the Siam authorities to a certain extent."

Hiss!

Liang Kun gasped:

"Is Chiang Tin-Yeung that powerful?"

Lin Feng shrugged:

"He's even more powerful than you can imagine."

"In Siam, everyone who sees Chiang Tin-Yeung has to call him Mr. Chiang."

"Purely from his appearance, you would never guess that this person is a super boss of a Triad."

"To say he's a successful businessman would be absolutely correct."

Liang Kun mused:

"Mr. Chiang is feeling unbalanced?"

Lin Feng shrugged:

"Admiration for strength is human instinct."

"If it were me, I'd be jealous too."

"Think about it, Hong Kong is clearly the Hung Hing headquarters, and Chiang Chen clearly left most of the resources in Hong Kong."

"Yet the influence of Hong Kong Hung Hing cannot compare to Siam."

"Anyone would try to find out why, right?"

Liang Kun nodded repeatedly, pressing on:

"So, was the reason found?"

Lin Feng explained:

"Yes, it was found."

"Chiang Tin-Yeung in Siam isn't cultivating a Triad; he's running a company."

"Do you know what his favorite saying is?"

Liang Kun said in surprise:

"You even know that?"

Lin Feng laughed heartily:

"There are very few secrets in Hong Kong that I don't know."

This was a very bold statement, sounding like bragging, but Liang Kun agreed heartily,

"Exactly, your friends are all over Hong Kong, so it's normal for your information channels to be well-informed."

"Even if you said Wong Bing-Yiu wanted to invite you to dinner, I wouldn't be surprised."

Lin Feng was astonished:

"How did you know Wong Bing-Yiu wanted to invite me to dinner?"

Liang Kun's jaw almost dropped:

"Wong Bing-Yiu really wants to invite you to dinner?"

Lin Feng pouted:

"I've been donating money to the Police Force for three consecutive years; it would be a problem if he didn't want to invite me to dinner."

Other than expressing admiration, Liang Kun really had nothing else to say. He simply put the matter aside and pressed on:

"What's Chiang Tin-Yeung's catchphrase?"

Ultimately, the Dragon Head of the Chairman was his pursuit.

Lin Feng replied:

"Young and Dangerous who don't use their brains will be hooligans their whole lives."

Huh?

Liang Kun said in astonishment:

"Isn't that what Mr. Chiang always says?"

Lin Feng said with a chuckle:

"Haven't you figured it out yet?"

"Mr. Chiang is learning from his younger brother."

"Chiang Tin-Yeung has created a huge empire in Siam."

"He not only controls vast underground forces but also immense legitimate wealth; his lifestyle is practically on par with the Siamese royalty."

Liang Kun was overjoyed:

"So, Mr. Chiang really wants to go legitimate."

"Does that mean my position as Chairman is within reach?"

Chapter 14: Treating the disease with the right medicine

"The Chairman position is an unlucky one; only those with tough fates can sit in it."

Lin Feng earnestly advised, but Liang Kun was set on it.

"If it wasn't an unlucky position, would it be our turn?"

"How many times have we, brothers, brushed with death while out in the world?"

Liang Kun pointed to Lin Feng's chest:

"You still have a big scar there. I thought you were a goner back then."

"But you crawled back from the brink."

"I have even more scars on my body, and a good half of them were fatal wounds, but it's the same, isn't it?"

"If our fates weren't tough, is there anyone in Hung Hing whose fate is tougher than ours?"

Lin Feng said, speechless:

"Alright, alright."

"I can't argue with you."

"It's so much better to just honestly make money; why insist on becoming the Dragon Head?"

Liang Kun's eyes widened as he asked:

"We're brothers for life, just tell me if you'll help or not."

Lin Feng said decisively:

"I'll help!"

Liang Kun was overjoyed:

"I knew you'd help me."

"Quickly, tell me, how do we handle this?"

Lin Feng shrugged,

"It's easy!"

"Since we know Mr. Chiang wants to go legitimate, there's a way to deal with him."

"First, you need to go and apologize sincerely to Mr. Chiang."

Liang Kun was dumbfounded:

"Me, apologize to Chiang Tin-Sung?"

Lin Feng retorted:

"You almost ruined Chiang Tin-Sung's path to legitimacy, shouldn't you apologize?"

"If you had really pulled that off, the Organised Crime and Triad Bureau would be watching you twenty-five hours a day, and even Hung Hing would be implicated because of you."

"Chiang Tin-Sung wanting to go legitimate would be a pure dream."

"Getting rid of Ba Bi was a warning to you."

"Shouldn't you go and report your thoughts to Mr. Chiang?"

Liang Kun was still a bit awkward.

He was someone who couldn't stand to lose out; he only cared about money his whole life.

Chiang Tin-Sung getting rid of Ba Bi almost made him lose out on the money.

If it really came to that, Liang Kun might even dare to get rid of Chiang Tin-Sung.

Lin Feng advised:

"Mr. Chiang only acted against Ba Bi, not against you. That showed goodwill, and no matter what, you are a Hall Master of Mong Kok."

"Mr. Chiang has given you enough face."

"Of course, there's also a hidden concern, and that's if you remain unforgiving about it."

"If you proactively apologize to Chiang Tin-Sung, the hidden concern is removed, and things will be easier to handle."

"Otherwise, from today onwards, Chiang Tin-Sung will not trust you."

Liang Kun scoffed:

"Why would I need his trust?"

"Hung Hing's rule is that the Twelve Hall Masters and the Leader share power."

"Besides Sai B and Chan Yiu, who else do you see that he trusts so much?"

Lin Feng shrugged:

"So, do you want to get rid of Chiang Tin-Sung?"

Liang Kun was startled:

"Why would I get rid of him?"

Lin Feng chuckled:

"You don't want to get rid of Chiang Tin-Sung, and you don't want to apologize to him, so how can you become the Chairman?"

"Chiang Tin-Sung has no descendants, and if he wants to go legitimate, he naturally has to step down from the Chairman position."

"But he is, after all, Hung Hing's second Dragon Head, and who he nominates to be the Dragon Head is a matter worth considering."

"If you continue to be rebellious, this Dragon Head position won't be yours."

Liang Kun immediately fell silent.

Lin Feng's words struck a chord with him.

To become Hung Hing's Dragon Head, one must pass Chiang Tin-Sung's test.

Lin Feng advised:

"To become the Dragon Head, you need to have a grand vision."

"I learned how to interact with people from you; didn't you tell me to have a grand vision?"

"Or are you… still trying to avenge Ba Bi?"

Liang Kun spat fiercely,

"Ba Bi is nothing; his death has nothing to do with me."

After thinking it over, Lin Feng was still right.

Liang Kun hesitated:

"So I'll go apologize to Mr. Chiang?"

Lin Feng nodded slightly:

"When you go, be tactful with your words; just make sure to distance yourselves."

Liang Kun smirked:

"I'll just play the victim in front of Mr. Chiang."

Lin Feng asked curiously:

"Play the victim?"

Liang Kun said expressionlessly:

"How can I not feel wronged?"

"Such a small matter as getting rid of Ba Bi, he only needed to call me. Is there anyone in Hung Hing more familiar with Ba Bi than me?"

"Is there anyone who understands Ba Bi better than me?"

"Mr. Chiang chose to seek help from afar!"

"What is Chan Ho-Nam? How can he compare to me?"

Lin Feng gave a thumbs up:

"Brother Kun, brilliant!"

Liang Kun burst into laughter:

"I'm very brilliant, as tall as two stories."

Lin Feng seized the opportunity:

"Since we're going to say that, let's go all out."

"We should become Mr. Chiang's trusted confidants."

"What Sai B, what Chan Yiu, their overall abilities definitely can't compare to Brother Kun's."

Liang Kun frowned and said:

"It's not an easy task to gain Mr. Chiang's trust."

Lin Feng was unfazed:

"What's the big deal?"

"Isn't it simple?"

"Mr. Chiang has always wanted a few arcade machines; just give him a few circuit boards and it's done."

Liang Kun felt a pang of heartache:

"Those are arcade machines."

"With one in hand, you could earn at least tens of thousands a month."

Lin Feng said, speechless:

"What about it?"

"Wo Luen Shing has to give two million to the elders when they choose a Dragon Head."

Liang Kun thought about it and agreed:

"Alright, I'll go see Mr. Chiang now."

Lin Feng was speechless, staring blankly at him.

Liang Kun felt uneasy under his gaze:

"Don't look at me like that, okay?"

"If you have something to say, just say it directly."

Lin Feng was speechless:

"Chiang Tin-Sung is constantly trying to present himself as a legitimate businessman. It's so late now… are you going to see him at this hour?"

Slap.

Liang Kun slapped his forehead and chuckled sheepishly.

"Indeed, I shouldn't!"

"Alright, I'll go tomorrow then."

"Let Xiao Fu get us something to drink; let's have a few together."

He looked up and saw Li Fu staring at the TV.

Liang Kun was displeased:

"Xiao Fu, what are you doing?"

Li Fu replied:

"Brother Kun, the Mark Six lottery drawing is on now."

Liang Kun was surprised:

"You two really bought lottery tickets?"

Lin Feng chuckled:

"Don't say I didn't invite you later."

Liang Kun became interested, not believing they could win:

"Xiao Fu, grab a few cans of beer; let's watch the drawing together."

Li Fu agreed, casually handed the lottery ticket to Liang Kun, and quickly took a few cans of beer from the fridge. He was a meticulous person, so he also sent a few bottles of drinks upstairs.

When he came back downstairs, Liang Kun's eyes were wide, fixed on the lottery ticket, muttering to himself.

"1, 7, 18, 33, 40, 45"

"How is that possible?"

However, he checked it several times, and it was still those numbers.

Li Fu asked:

"Brother Kun, how many did we win?"

Liang Kun casually handed the ticket back to him, his face full of despair:

"I'm so stupid, really."

Li Fu was startled:

"Brother Kun, what's wrong?"

Liang Kun grabbed his hair with both hands, stomped his feet fiercely, and murmured:

"I'm so stupid, really, I've always been stupid."

"I knew Ah Feng had connections everywhere; I shouldn't have doubted him."

"Such a good opportunity was right in front of me, and I actually missed it."

"This was putting money right into my pocket, but I actually despised it and even pulled it out and threw it away."

Liang Kun had a mournful face, filled with the utmost regret,

"A one-hundred-million jackpot, just like that, I missed it!"

Heartache!

Super heartache!

Li Fu was overjoyed:

"We won?!"

Chapter 15: Wong Bing-Yiu's Persistence

Clap! Clap!

Everyone in the room was startled.

Liang Kun had been acting crazy for a while, but in the end, he couldn't bear the heartache and slapped himself twice.

His female companion, who had come with Liang Kun, was terrified:

"Brother Kun, what's wrong with you?"

"Brother Kun, don't scare me!"

Liang Kun pushed her away, sat down next to Lin Feng, put his arm around Lin Feng's shoulder, and said with a fawning expression:

"Ah Feng, if you find another opportunity like this, you must call me."

Lin Feng looked innocent:

"I did call you!"

"What did someone say back then?"

"Oh, even if it's a sure win, I won't regret it!"

Liang Kun said shamelessly:

"That person is an idiot. I'm different; I listen to advice very well."

Lin Feng secretly admired him.

This was the first time he had seen someone curse himself so harshly.

"Alright, alright, next time there's an opportunity, I'll definitely call you."

"But Brother Kun, if you don't listen to me, then I really have nothing more to say."

Liang Kun swore an oath:

"If I don't listen again, may I never get rich."

He asked with an envious look,

"Ah Feng, how much did you buy?"

Li Fu said with a wry smile:

"Brother Kun, my boss bought a full all-up bet, a hundred times over, and spent over forty-four thousand!"

Liang Kun sighed:

"Why did you only buy one time over!"

Li Fu also felt some regret:

"Yes, I bought too little."

"I checked, even the third prize is nineteen thousand dollars."

"This ticket of mine has over forty third-prize wins alone, that's nearly eight million!"

"Adding the first prize, it must be over ten million."

Liang Kun pointed at Lin Feng and said:

"Normally, the first prize is twenty million, but not now. It's basically all taken by your boss."

"The prize pool might even be emptied."

"I estimate the first prize will only be about five million."

Li Fu chuckled:

"That's an unexpected gain anyway, I'm not losing!"

Liang Kun stood up and left:

"Let's go, let's go, I'm not staying here!"

Lin Feng said:

"We won the lottery, let's go eat at a dai pai dong."

Liang Kun laughed and scolded:

"You're already a multimillionaire, and you're still eating at a dai pai dong?"

Lin Feng was unfazed:

"It's like you're not a multimillionaire."

"If not a dai pai dong, then where? Arrogance Restaurant?"

"Or how about Sai Kung for seafood?"

Liang Kun was speechless:

"Can't we just go to The Peninsula Hotel for a big meal?"

Lin Feng scoffed:

"A small cake costs a hundred dollars. I'm not a fool."

"What's the difference in taste between their food and Arrogance Restaurant's?"

Liang Kun insisted on arguing with him:

"It's about eating Western food."

Lin Feng shook his head:

"If I order a well-done steak, the chef would think I'm there to cause trouble."

Liang Kun was truly defeated by him:

"Who eats well-done steak at a Western restaurant?"

"Isn't it usually medium-rare or medium-well?"

Lin Feng sighed:

"Brother Kun, you've been scammed, haven't you?"

"Eating a well-done steak at a Western restaurant is how a true connoisseur eats."

"If you take a bite, then spit it on the floor and curse, the head chef in the tall hat would have to personally come out and send you another one, then offer a good bottle of red wine as an apology."

Liang Kun was skeptical:

"Really?"

Lin Feng pouted:

"When you have time, read more books like me."

"What nonsense is medium-rare or medium-well? Who can give an exact measurement?"

"You just throw the steak in a pan and fry it casually."

"A well-done steak is the most challenging to cook."

"If you cook it slightly too long, the beef becomes tough."

"If the heat is slightly too low, it won't be cooked."

"Do you know who cooks medium-well or medium-rare steaks?"

Liang Kun's face turned pale, and he quickly pressed:

"Who?"

Lin Feng chuckled:

"Apprentices."

"They cook it while cursing you as a country bumpkin."

"But if you order a well-done steak, the one cooking for you won't be anyone else, but the head chef!"

Hiss!

Liang Kun murmured:

"No wonder you said ordering a well-done steak was causing trouble; so that's what it meant."

Shaking his head, Liang Kun still said,

"Let's go, let's go, I'm not staying here."

Lin Feng pointed at the beer:

"So many beers just opened."

Liang Kun pulled his female companion and left:

"I'm not staying here, it's too sad!"

Lin Feng held his stomach and laughed.

Liang Kun heard the laughter and scurried away even faster.

Li Fu quickly followed; he had to stay with Liang Kun until Lin Feng canceled his mission.

Lin Feng was in a great mood; he had been looking forward to this day for a long time.

It was a pity that Liang Kun's expression just now wasn't recorded on video; otherwise, he would watch it every day to enjoy.

He had just drunk a few cans of beer.

His phone rang again.

"This is Lin Feng."

"Mr. Lin, it's not easy to find you."

Lin Feng frowned:

"Who is this?"

The person readily introduced himself:

"I am Wong Bing-Yiu from the West Kowloon Police Headquarters."

"Are you awake now?"

"Can you give me a chance to thank you?"

Lin Feng laughed heartily, lying through his teeth:

"Officer Huang, I'm sorry, I just woke up."

"There's no need for thanks, the Police Force works hard to maintain public order, and I merely fulfilled a citizen's duty."

"If you want to thank me, just do your job well."

Wong Bing-Yiu was impressed; this guy on the other end could spin a story without batting an eye.

"Mr. Lin, please give me an opportunity to properly thank you."

"Don't misunderstand, this is an order from above."

"Building good relationships with you, our benefactors, is one of my job responsibilities."

Lin Feng thought for a moment and said:

"Alright then."

"There's a dai pai dong outside my house; you're paying tonight."

Wong Bing-Yiu laughed heartily:

"Thank you, Mr. Lin, for saving me money."

"We'll meet there."

So, twenty minutes later, Lin Feng and the big fat man, Wong Bing-Yiu, were sitting at the dai pai dong eating.

The dai pai dong owner saw Lin Feng, and his eyes narrowed into slits with a smile:

"Brother Feng, the usual?"

Lin Feng smiled and said:

"Just bring the dishes; Mr. Huang is paying today."

The owner assiduously wiped their table:

"Please wait a moment, gentlemen."

Lin Feng asked:

"Those guys from The Ni Family didn't give you any trouble that day, did they? Didn't they dine and dash?"

The owner laughed even more heartily:

"Who in the underworld doesn't know that this area is under your protection?"

"They can take money from anyone else, but not from us."

Lin Feng was even happier:

"That's good then."

The owner happily went to do his work.

Wong Bing-Yiu was surprised:

"Mr. Lin, you come here often?"

Lin Feng asked curiously:

"It's so close to my house. When I'm lazy and don't want to cook, I come here to grab a bite."

"Is there anything strange about that?"

Wong Bing-Yiu spoke truthfully:

"It's very strange."

"Someone as rich as you, yet so approachable, it's truly rare."

Lin Feng was unfazed:

"What's so strange? When I was a child, I thought being able to eat at a dai pai dong every day was the best life."

Wong Bing-Yiu immediately found the reason when he recalled Lin Feng's file; he became an orphan at seven, and at that time, only Liang Kun, who sold fish balls, gave him food. Perhaps he developed an affection for dai pai dongs then.

The food quickly arrived, and after they had a few drinks, Wong Bing-Yiu asked:

"Mr. Lin, how did you know the identities of our two undercover officers?"

Chapter 16 The Beginning of the Intelligence King

Wong Bing-Yiu was also an interesting character; after only a few drinks, he straightforwardly asked the most important question.

"What, are you worried about your brothers?"

Lin Feng asked with a smile.

Wong Bing-Yiu didn't hide it:

"That's right, this matter is too big."

"Luo Ji, Ngai Wing-hau's bodyguard, was placed by Lu Qichang five years ago."

"For five years, he never made a mistake, yet you saw through him with one glance."

"No, you've stripped him bare, even knowing who his superior is."

"You know, even Chan Yan-kin didn't know such a guy existed."

"Besides Luo Ji, there's also Wah Sang, whose flaw you also spotted at a glance."

"Can you tell me how you detected their flaws?"

Lin Feng said plainly:

"No!"

"A little chick doesn't pee, everyone has their own way."

"When it comes to gathering information, don't underestimate me just because you're a violent organization; you're really not as effective as I am."

Wong Bing-Yiu nodded, acknowledging the truth of this statement.

Actually, there was nothing to be embarrassed about. Because it was simply a fact.

Hung Hing is one of the top ten Triads in the underworld, with 50,000 disciples and countless Blue Lanterns.

These people are found in fruit stalls, parking lots, bars, restaurants, brothels, mahjong parlors... basically, wherever service industries operate, they are present.

Gathering information couldn't be easier.

However, Wong Bing-Yiu truly couldn't understand how Lin Feng managed it, whether it was Luo Ji or Wah Sang; their actions were top secret, and there was virtually no possibility of leakage except to their superiors.

"Because I have a cheat!"

Lin Feng thought to himself, finding Wong Bing-Yiu's expression amusing.

The intelligence system relies on luck; the information it generates is random.

However, no matter what the message, Lin Feng categorized and recorded it.

Over time, he accumulated a wealth of information that others yearned for.

In modern society, information can be completely transformed into wealth.

Of course, Lin Feng wouldn't give Wong Bing-Yiu the correct answer, simply smiling and enjoying his food and drink.

Wong Bing-Yiu thought for a moment, then probed:

"Mr. Lin, can we cooperate?"

Lin Feng smiled:

"Officer Huang, I am a legitimate businessman, a respected and law-abiding taxpayer. What cooperation are you talking about with me?"

Wong Bing-Yiu smiled bitterly to himself.

Lin Feng's situation was troublesome.

He wasn't a traditional Young and Dangerous member; he was a Young and Dangerous member with a legitimate business.

Although not much was known about Youwei Group, those who did know understood that Lin Feng was a very capable hidden rich man.

The usual methods used against ordinary people simply wouldn't work on Lin Feng.

This greatly troubled Wong Bing-Yiu.

Lin Feng said directly:

"If you want information from me, you'll have to pay."

Wong Bing-Yiu's spirits lifted:

"You mean I can buy information from you?"

Lin Feng smiled:

"I am a businessman, so naturally I am willing to do business with people."

"However, my information is valuable, very valuable."

"Most people can't afford it."

Wong Bing-Yiu thought for a moment and asked a sharp question:

"Do you know who killed Ngai Kun?"

Lin Feng shrugged:

"Of course."

Wong Bing-Yiu was greatly shaken and quickly pressed:

"Who did it?"

Lin Feng chuckled:

"To be honest, I don't wish to sell you information about the murderer."

"After all, this person killed Ngai Kun, and I should thank him properly."

Wong Bing-Yiu was silent for a while before saying:

"The black and white forest agreement signed between the Police Force and the Triad back then, everyone actually adhered to it quite well."

"I think this should be the beginning of our good cooperation."

Lin Feng took a sip of beer and said:

"That's my benefactor—you'll have to pay more!"

Wong Bing-Yiu almost spat out the beer in his mouth.

Even so, he choked quite a bit, and it took him a while to recover, then he gritted his teeth and said:

"Mr. Lin, do you really know the murderer?"

Lin Feng said indifferently:

"Of course."

"Believe me, I want The Ni Family to collapse more than anyone else."

Wong Bing-Yiu's eyes darted around, and he immediately asked:

"Then can you tell me how Ngai Wing-hau dealt with the four big bosses?"

Lin Feng looked at him speechlessly:

"Luo Ji is by Ngai Wing-hau's side, don't you all know that?"

Wong Bing-Yiu smiled reservedly.

Lin Feng scoffed:

"You just want to know if I can truly provide information, right?"

Wong Bing-Yiu directly assented.

Lin Feng didn't waste words, saying directly:

"Alright, this piece of information is a free gift to you."

"Hon Sam went to gather information, and Ngai Wing-hau directly persuaded the four people."

"The four big bosses of The Ni Family are Gandhi, Guo Liang, Blackie, and Wen Zheng."

"Wen Zheng is a fence-sitter; he listens to whoever has more power, just following the crowd."

"Gandhi was firmly against paying membership fees to The Ni Family; he wanted to break away and do his own thing."

"Anyway, Ngai Kun is dead, and although Ngai Wing-hau has returned to inherit the position of family head, in the eyes of the four bosses, Ngai Wing-hau is nothing."

"They simply look down on this scholar."

"The other three listened to Gandhi; after all, Gandhi had the largest territory and the most people."

"However, although Gandhi's territory was large and his people numerous, he didn't have the ability to take on all four of them at once."

"Ngai Wing-hau's opportunity came."

Wong Bing-Yiu's eyes widened.

He knew!

Lin Feng actually knew!

How could this be?

Even the four bosses of The Ni Family were still suspicious, yet Lin Feng actually knew?

Wong Bing-Yiu knew that Ngai Wing-hau was able to achieve this with Hon Sam's cooperation.

If it weren't for the intelligence provided by Hon Sam and gathering the four bosses together, it definitely wouldn't have worked so wonderfully.

And at that time, only Luo Ji and Third Uncle were inside Ngai Wing-hau's house.

Isn't this just seeing a ghost?

"Among Ngai Wing-hau's five big bosses, Hon Sam is a staunch supporter of the Ni faction, so he naturally doesn't need to be considered."

"Of the remaining four guys, Wen Zheng doesn't need to be considered either; he follows whoever has the most momentum."

"Only Gandhi, Guo Liang, and Blackie are more troublesome."

"However, although Gandhi had a grand ambition to establish himself, he was ambitious but lacked talent, not worth mentioning."

"Not only was this guy's hat green..."

Wong Bing-Yiu was about to pop his eyes out:

"You really know!"

Since such crucial things were known, there was no need to mention the rest.

Wong Bing-Yiu looked at Lin Feng with the same gaze he would give Lord Guan in the Police Force.

Lin Feng shrugged, continuing to focus on the oyster cake and wontons.

Wong Bing-Yiu was a bit confused, a storm of thoughts brewing in his mind, but he still didn't know how Lin Feng knew.

However, the fact was that his information was much more powerful than he had imagined.

After a while, Wong Bing-Yiu deflated; he had a vague suspicion that Lin Feng must have a huge intelligence organization behind him, otherwise, he couldn't have gotten such information alone.

And all this information was vital, and could also be exchanged for money.

Wong Bing-Yiu tentatively asked:

"How many people killed Ngai Kun?"

Lin Feng replied calmly:

"One mastermind, one organizer, one perpetrator."

"Again, if you want to know about these three people, you'll have to pay more."

"Two of them are from your Police Force, so you won't lose out!"
