Fiona Schmidt smiled, walking inside as she said, "Didn't you say I'm welcome here?"
As she entered the room, she observed the interior arrangements and found that it was a duplex suite. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, and kitchen, with an open staircase leading up to two bedrooms. One of the bedroom doors was open, likely Norton's room.
Directly opposite the hall was a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. At this moment, the curtains were drawn open, reflecting the city night view on the glass, dreamy and beautiful.
"Not a bad view…" The woman walked to the floor-to-ceiling window, staring at the outside scenery. Reykjavik under the night sky presented a different spectacle, distinct from how it looked from the streets.
"Wait for me a moment." The man gently curled his lips, gesturing for her to sit, then went upstairs.
