When Sarah Sullivan first arrived, a lecturer in his 40s was boasting away.

"Last night, I met this cute girl at the bar. With a little effort, I had her in hand in no time..." the lecturer recounted enthusiastically.
A group of trainees listened, completely enthralled.
"Let's hear about your dreams," the coach gently prodded the trainees.

The trainees howled like wolves, each passionately expressing their ideals.
