Sarah Sullivan put on a deeply moved expression.
"You all treat me so well!"
Lara Kemnis smiled, her smile carrying a deeper meaning.
"But since you've already transferred it, do I really need to sign? Isn't that unnecessary?" Sarah questioned.
"Hahaha, the real estate certificate is recognized outside, but this is our Sullivan Family property—internally, we need our own records too. Don't hesitate, it's just a signature!" Edward Sullivan coaxed.
Sarah nodded, but she noticed that there was a page before this one, which Edward had glued together with the folder.
"What's on the previous page?" Sarah asked.
"Nothing, just some formalities, the real important part is the second page! Just look over these addresses, make sure they're correct, then sign it!" Edward urged.
"Here's a pen for you." Lara Kemnis pulled out a signing pen from her bag and handed it to Sarah.
