Brightan followed along gloomily, without any reaction at all.
"Brightan, I owe you an apology. Last time my temper got the best of me. I wasn't gentle enough with you, but please understand your teacher's good intentions." Grace Neumann said, still smiling.
Brightan still wouldn't meet Grace's eyes.
"This little brat! Raised for nothing!"
Grace cursed quietly in her heart, but on the surface she remained incredibly gracious: "It's fine, kids have their moods, she'll be over it in a few days."
