Rui's little voyage in finding solutions for each problem he ran into had led him through a convoluted set of hoops and rings, but he had finally managed to get what he wanted. His initial goal had been to harness hyperdimensional physics, which he had achieved with the help of Legislation.
Then he was confronted by the fact that his body disappeared as a price of the Martialverse, squandering the effort he had put into altering its laws. He needed to find an inexpensive way of mass-producing Martial Bodies with altered laws. Legislation was expensive, however. Legislating even one body took all of his phenomenological stamina. The more information a target contained, the more expensive legislating it would be, limiting how many bodies he could legislate.
