It wasn't just the tone of this voice that changed, it was the voice itself that had changed.
The one from before had a childish sound to it.
This one seemed to even have an echo that seemed to give it some kind of solemn tone to it.
It was clear that this was some kind of thing that was talking through this hind, especially with the way that it had addressed the hind just now.
The other thing that Lin Fan heard from this voice was the trace of hostility that was in it, but it wasn't as if he couldn't understand why there was this hostility.
It had been right about one thing, Lin Fan had been trying to lure this hind away.
So it was certainly within its rights to be angry at him.
After a moment of silence, Lin Fan finally asked, "Who are you?"
"Are you really in the position to be asking that?" There was no hesitation from the other side when they said this which caused Lin Fan's lips to twitch, but it wasn't as if he could deny what they were saying.
