The teeth ultimately didn't get brushed.
Someone lay back in bed, wondering whether it was the black coffee or hygiene habits causing the lack of sleepiness despite the late hour.
The same must be true for the neighbor.
Someone deemed a "bootlicker" must be disconnected from cowardice, yet causing chaos on a first visit—truth be told, Boss Jiang didn't have such audacity.
Moral standards didn't permit it either.
"Boom."
Insomniac Boss Jiang found the remote and turned on the TV.
He had no fear of getting tattled on; the other party's courage surely was smaller, and you can't catch a thief without the evidence or accuse without the act.
Besides.
Earlier was simply a misunderstanding.
Pushing random buttons on the remote, Boss Jiang discovered a movie—the key thing being, it was free.
He clicked on it, tossed the remote on the bedside table, and truly focused on watching.
"Need wind, need meat; need hotpot, need fog; need beauties, need a donkey!"
