After enjoying a quiet breakfast together, we moved in silence back toward Evercraft, walking along the route that led to the mountain where the Dragon Tomb Dungeon was located. This was a dangerous path that most people preferred to avoid entirely. It not only led to the most dangerous dungeon in the entire region, but it was also home to a large number of Wild Monsters that roamed freely through the snow and rocky terrain.
Wild Monsters were different from the creatures generated inside Dungeons. They were more like ordinary wild animals in many ways. Unlike Dungeon-born monsters, they were not affected by the strange power that turned those beings into intelligent, sapient creatures capable of speech and strategy.
