After everything that had happened, we spent some quiet time together eating and talking about what was coming for our future and what we each wanted to do with our own lives.
Beyond constantly fighting our foes or dealing with whatever new threat appeared next, we also needed to concentrate on our personal lives and the things we actually wanted for ourselves. After all, none of us lived only to fight insane old evil gods, right?
We all wanted lives that were not solely defined by these endless battles and crises.
And while they asked me a lot of questions about my own plans, I also wanted to know more about what everyone else was thinking or planning, especially my brother.
