From the shadows surged a colossal abomination: a writhing mass of countless glowing red eyes, enormous spider legs, and massive dragon heads coated in purple and black scales. Its thunderous roars shook the very air.
"THIS'LL DO! COME TO ME AND FEED ME YOUR POWER, CHOSEN ONES! I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO DEVOUR A HERO! HAHAHAHA!"
"Wha…?!"
Everyone gasped in horror as the gigantic monstrosity charged toward them. Nothing made sense anymore.
"Who the hell is that?!" Celeste shouted.
"You think I know?!" Zephyrus shot back.
"It's coming! Run!" Ruby cried.
Zephyrus shot higher into the air, but spiderweb-like platforms erupted everywhere, allowing the creature to close the distance in seconds. Its giant dragon maws opened wide, unleashing dozens of draconic beams.
"Are you kidding me?!" Celeste screamed. "Thanatos! Shield Form!!!"
