Because of the new strength that Isiah had, he wasn't affected by the end of the triple full moons like before. The portal he created just disappeared after he arrived because it was his and he had made it, and he was out of any attraction field like before.
Isiah just kept staying there looking at the sky as it was changing with Ciel beside him, who was playing with Eijar.
