'It must be important for all these creatures to gather in this single place,' Isiah mused, sweeping his gaze across the colossal stands. 'We aren't talking about just one or two species here. There are easily over fifty different races present, and while I haven't identified every single one, I can tell there are hundreds of distinct variants.'
Isiah peered upward toward the upper tiers, but his vision met only swirling shadows and dense gloom. He took care not to stare too directly at the terrifying faces surrounding him, attempting to pull back from the front railings as the crowd surged in wild excitement. Jostled and shoved by the frantic mob, he lost his footing more than once, barely catching himself before tumbling over the barrier.
