For a few moments after Evan finished speaking, silence filled the conference hall.
Then, one of the Presidents attending in person reached out and pressed the button at the base of his microphone stand, a small buzzing sound echoing before he spoke into it.
"Excuse me, Lord Evan. I ha—"
"Sir," Evan said, interrupting him.
Shrugging lightly, he added, "Or 'Hero'. 'Sir' would be much better if you care that much about titles."
When the man's expression turned confused, Evan exhaled softly before continuing.
"When I introduced myself, I believe I called myself 'Evan', the 'Leader' of the Seven Heroes, didn't I? I gave no last name and made no mention of any titles that would require you to address me as 'Lord', did I?"
The President's eyes widened faintly, and Evan, turning his gaze away from the man, looked around the conference hall before continuing.
