The anatomy teacher stared in horror, her already lifeless, white-dominated, small gray dead fish eyes rounded. Such a glare can be quite frightening, but Little Taotie was long immune to it. Having seen even uglier ghosts, this recently deceased one, aside from the unattractive eyes, hadn't changed much.
"Did you see it?" Lou Lan glanced around, her voice growing more serious: "Here?"
Little Taotie nodded, pointing in the direction of the ghost, "Right here."
Lou Lan nodded thoughtfully.
Lou Lan also engaged in some forensic work, but the special department rarely troubled her. Instead, other departments often sent over some hard-to-decipher cases, delivering bodies for her examination.
To better understand the human body, she didn't refuse, proceeding with dissections and providing answers.
