After hearing City Lord Aveline's words, I knew I was right in my thoughts. Celeste was still thinking about fighting me. On the other hand, I had almost forgotten about her.
"Well, since you are a friend of Celeste, your family is connected to the Silver Tower?" I asked her.
"Yes, my family is an ally of the Silver Tower. We are located in one of the satellite cities," she replied.
"But you are strong as well. I think our ages are similar," I said.
Sigh!
A sigh escaped from Aveline's lips.
"I was a contender for the Wizard Seed of the Silver Tower, but the competition back then was cutthroat. I couldn't make it into the Silver Tower."
"I didn't like the other magic towers, so I decided to represent my family," Aveline said.
Hearing that, I got curious. In order to get into the Silver Tower, magic talent and magic power needed to be top-notch. So, I checked her status panel.
