Darkmoon City
I moved closer to the city gate. I came across wandering wizards and wizards from the nearby cities.
Everyone wanted to go to Darkmoon City. While walking, I couldn't help but overhear some conversations.
Some rare magic resources were sold by the magic shops of Darkmoon City. In particular, wizards who had dark magic could find resources here.
Though Darkmoon City fell under the Black Tower, it had its own administrative rules. They allowed wizards from all backgrounds to do business here.
Even wizards from unknown dark territories would come here to buy resources. Darkmoon City never restricted other forces.
Wizards from different backgrounds could enter the city, but they had to follow the rules of Darkmoon City while staying inside.
They turned a blind eye to things happening outside.
I didn't expect Darkmoon City to be this lenient. When I got closer, I saw a few dead bodies on the ground. They were the corpses of wizards killed not long ago.
