For the coming years, Allen spent his time looking for the 'Mysterious Fragments' that were scattered across the universe.
Allen asked Marik about the fragments, and all he got was just information about seven fragments' locations that were scattered across the universe.
Aside from that, Marik never told him about the origin of the fragments as if he were bound by some force and could not speak the truth.
All Marik could say was,
"The time to reveal the information about the 'Fragments' has not come yet…"
Helplessly, Allen could only put this matter to rest, as collecting the fragments and creating the sword of promised destinies was more important than arguing with Marik.
Although Allen did not know what these fragments were and what their actual use was in the process of forging the 'Sword of Promised Destinies,' he chose to believe in Ivan and did not pester Marik for long.
