On that same Monday afternoon at 2:00 PM, Theo gathered a specialized task force in one of the studio's creative workshops. The long drafting tables were covered in blank storyboard grids, charcoal pencils, and digital tablets. The group included Brianna, the Art Department Head, Nora, the Head of the Editing Department, along with several lead animators, storyboard artists, and continuity revisionists.
Even though Theo held the definitive blueprint of the final film vividly in his mind, he deliberately chose not to draw the entire master storyboard alone. Doing so would only turn his knowledge into a crutch for his employees. If he became a bottleneck for creativity, a time would come when he would assign them an independent project, and they would lack the confidence, skill, or experience to map out their own narrative structures.
