Yan Chi spoke and turned to look at the screen, lowered his head, and took a sip of cola. That was the one she had just touched, how could he...
Jiang Ruan turned her head to look at the screen, but felt her heart racing, as if it would leap out of her throat. The soda she drank just now seemed to have flowed to her heart, and her whole body felt electrified, anyway, it was all buzzing sounds.
Her throat was dry and itchy, wanting to drink some water to soothe it, but it felt like the more she drank, the thirstier she became.
In the darkness, she even felt the heat on her lips had spread to her limbs, her face burning uncomfortably. She raised her hand to pull up her mask, leaving only her eyes exposed to stare at the screen, wishing she could bury herself in her clothes.
She was always worried Yan Chi would do something unexpected to her. Clearly, it was a movie she had been anticipating for a long time, yet she didn't know what the entire film was about.
