The only people Vera could think of with this level of skill were the higher-ups in the organization. 'But why would they interfere in this matter?'
Vera couldn't help but panic. 'If they're involved, does that mean they have Zola? And what's their motive?'
"Mom, I'll try another computer. I don't know who it was, but they completely breached my system."
Although Luke was incredibly skilled, she was still no match for experts like these. Switching computers would be useless.
"Luke, stop trying. Mom will figure something else out. You've had a scare. Go get some rest."
Vera had initially suspected Sylvia Schuyler, but now it seemed that wasn't the case. As much as Sylvia might hate her, she wouldn't go after so many innocent children.
Only the people from the organization were ruthless enough to completely disregard such things. That was what Vera feared most.
