Sorry for the delay over the last few days, guys.

Jack opened his mouth and took a bite of the banana that White Queen had shoved toward him.

"I'll eat it if you want me to eat it. Honestly, you don't even appreciate my kindness. My good intentions have all gone to waste."

White Queen looked at him suspiciously.

"You were really just giving me a banana to eat?"

Jack nodded with an innocent expression.

"Of course. I was simply offering you a banana. What else were you thinking? Why is your mind so impure? You immediately thought of something else. I wasn't even thinking in that direction."

Ada rolled her eyes.

"Enough already. Whenever we're discussing something serious, you never seem interested. But the moment the conversation turns in this direction, you're suddenly full of energy."

Jack grinned shamelessly.

"Is that really how you see me?"

Alice smiled helplessly before turning to White Queen.

"White Queen, what are your plans for the X-Serum?"

White Queen's playful expression disappeared as she became serious.

"The X-Serum currently has two major problems."

She raised two fingers.

"First, after it's injected, the subject is very easily overwhelmed by violent emotions. They lose their sanity and become a madman who only knows how to fight and destroy."

"Second, the serum has an extremely strong corrosive effect on cells. If the body's cells cannot withstand it, the subject will eventually explode from the inside."

Jack pointed at himself.

"And why are you looking at me while saying all this?"

White Queen smiled.

"Naturally, because you're the best experimental subject here."

"The first person to test the X-Serum..."

"...can only be you."

Jack immediately waved both hands.

"Forget it."

"I don't want to end up like those mice."

"If I explode, that'll be the end of me."

"Power is great, but I still value my life."

White Queen snorted.

"Mice are mice."

"You're completely different."

"Your body's strength is far beyond theirs."

She crossed her arms confidently.

"Your Thought Power is powerful enough to suppress the violent mental effects of the X-Serum. As for its corrosive effect on your cells, I don't believe it'll have a significant impact on your body."

Jack rubbed his chin thoughtfully.

"Are you certain?"

"I'd rather not accidentally kill myself."

"Strength is important, but staying alive is even more important."

Without replying immediately, White Queen raised her hand.

A pale green light flashed from her eyes.

Soon, a detailed holographic projection of Jack's body appeared before everyone.

Jack looked at the projection before staring suspiciously at White Queen.

"You secretly scanned my entire body?"

"White Queen..."

"Don't tell me you have some strange hobby."

White Queen's face immediately darkened.

"Oh, shut up!"

She glared at him fiercely.

"You're the one with strange hobbies!"

"I try to explain something serious to you, and your brain immediately wanders somewhere ridiculous."

"Can you think about something besides nonsense for once?"

Alice smiled knowingly.

"I understand now."

She looked at Jack.

"You should stop influencing White Queen with your shameless way of thinking."

Jack shrugged innocently.

"I've never influenced anyone."

White Queen ignored him and pointed at the holographic body.

"Now, let's assume we inject X-Serum into your body."

A holographic syringe appeared beside the projection.

Green liquid slowly entered the arm of the holographic figure.

"These green particles represent X-Serum."

"They're now moving rapidly through your arm and spreading throughout every part of your body."

Everyone watched as streams of green energy flowed through the projection, following every blood vessel and tissue.

White Queen calmly continued.

"The serum immediately begins attacking every cell it encounters."

"It attempts to overwrite the original cells and transform them into its own."

"However..."

"...that's much harder than it sounds."

The projection suddenly zoomed into the bloodstream.

"The moment X-Serum enters your blood..."

"...it encounters the T-Cells."

"The bloodstream is entirely the territory of the T-Cells."

"They won't allow X-Serum to spread freely."

Instantly, countless glowing T-Cells rushed toward the invading serum.

A fierce microscopic battle erupted inside the holographic bloodstream.

The T-Cells continuously attacked the green X-Serum particles.

Naturally, X-Serum wasn't willing to retreat.

It fought back just as fiercely.

The blood instantly became a battlefield.

Neither side gave way.

After several moments, the T-Cells gradually gained the upper hand and slowly forced X-Serum backward.

"But X-Serum isn't intelligent enough to surrender."

White Queen continued.

"When it realizes it can't win inside the bloodstream..."

"...it looks for another route."

Everyone watched as the remaining X-Serum particles escaped from the blood vessels and attached themselves to Jack's skeleton.

"They're trying to corrode your bone cells."

Jack nodded slightly.

"A reasonable decision."

White Queen smiled.

"Unfortunately for them..."

"...your skeleton is even worse."

"Your bones have already been reconstructed using Transformer Cells as their foundation."

"So X-Serum has absolutely no chance here."

As soon as the serum attempted to invade the skeleton, brilliant golden Transformer Cells emerged from every bone.

Unlike the T-Cells, these golden cells attacked with overwhelming force.

The invading X-Serum was instantly pushed back.

"This..."

"...is the territory of the Transformer Cells."

White Queen explained.

"How could they tolerate an intruder trying to invade their domain?"

Golden Transformer Cells relentlessly pursued every trace of X-Serum.

Unable to gain any ground inside the skeleton, the serum had no choice but to retreat back into the bloodstream.

Unfortunately...

The Transformer Cells chased after it.

Now the situation became even worse.

The front was blocked by the T-Cells.

The rear was being hunted by the Transformer Cells.

The poor X-Serum had nowhere left to escape.

Jack watched the projection with interest.

"So the serum is trapped."

White Queen nodded.

"Exactly."

She continued explaining.

"The bloodstream belongs to the T-Cells."

"The skeleton belongs to the Transformer Cells."

"Although these two cell types are different..."

"...their relationship is surprisingly harmonious."

"They acknowledge each other's existence."

"That isn't because they've completely merged."

"It's because they're fundamentally different cells that have learned to coexist."

She paused before continuing.

"If they were forcibly fused together under normal circumstances..."

"...both sides would suffer tremendous damage."

"Do you still remember what happened before you obtained the Fusion Pill?"

Jack nodded.

"I remember."

White Queen continued.

"Back then, when you fought the Zombie King in the Resident Evil world, the T-Cells and Transformer Cells were forced to merge because your body had reached its absolute limit."

"That fusion wasn't stable."

"The result was catastrophic."

"You remained unconscious for nearly two years."

"Both the T-Cells and the Transformer Cells lost nearly half of their numbers."

Everyone fell silent.

White Queen continued.

"Everything changed after you consumed the Fusion Pill."

"The Fusion Pill transformed the outer cellular structure of both T-Cells and Transformer Cells."

"Because of that..."

"...they could finally combine without damaging one another."

"They temporarily form the Transforming T-Cell."

"However..."

"...even that fusion has a time limit."

"Once the energy reaches its limit, they automatically separate again."

"Otherwise..."

"...both sides would once again begin damaging each other."

Jack slowly nodded.

"So that's how it works."

White Queen smiled.

"Exactly."

She then pointed back at the trapped X-Serum.

"Now do you understand the problem?"

"If X-Serum continues being hunted by both the T-Cells and the Transformer Cells..."

"...it'll eventually be destroyed."

"If that happens..."

"Injecting X-Serum becomes completely meaningless."

"All my research would have been for nothing."

Ada frowned.

"Then what do you intend to do?"

White Queen's eyes suddenly lit up with excitement.

"My idea..."

"...is to allow X-Serum to fuse with ordinary body cells."

"Instead of fighting the existing systems..."

"...it will create an entirely new cell type."

"I call it..."

"...X-Cell."

"X-Cell?"

Jack, Alice, and Ada spoke almost simultaneously.

White Queen nodded excitedly.

"Exactly."

"Think about it carefully."

"Your skeleton already belongs to the Transformer Cells."

"Your bloodstream belongs to the T-Cells."

"But your body still has another major system."

She pointed toward the outer layer of the holographic body.

"The skin."

"If X-Cells establish themselves within the skin instead..."

"...they won't directly conflict with either the Transformer Cells or the T-Cells."

Alice's eyes gradually brightened.

"I understand."

She looked at the hologram thoughtfully.

"The skeleton corresponds to the Transformer Cells."

"The blood corresponds to the T-Cells."

"And the skin..."

"...will become the territory of the X-Cells."

Ada also became excited.

"That means instead of two systems constantly fighting..."

"...your body would maintain a balance between three separate domains."

White Queen nodded with satisfaction.

"Exactly."

"The skeleton belongs to the Transformer Cells."

"The blood belongs to the T-Cells."

"The skin belongs to the X-Cells."

"The body would enter a stable state..."

"...through the balance of these three great forces."
