Sorry for the delay over the last few days, guys.

The blade in Jack's hand slid across the old man's throat without hesitation.

A thin, cold arc flashed in the air—

Then blood burst out violently, splashing across the ground and staining the polished floor of the Medicine Pavilion in a shocking red. The white-bearded old man's body trembled uncontrollably, his eyes widening in disbelief as his hands instinctively rose to clutch his neck.

"You… you…" he struggled to speak, his voice breaking, breath turning into faint gasps as life drained from him.

His legs weakened.

Step by step, he staggered backward.

Then—

He collapsed.

His body hit the ground heavily, lifeless.

Jack watched him fall without the slightest ripple in his expression. His eyes were calm, almost indifferent, as if what had just happened was no more significant than stepping on an insect.

"Your 'you' what?" Jack said casually, his tone cold and mocking. "Remember the name—Jack. That way, you can die in peace."

Without another glance, he kicked the corpse aside with his foot. The body rolled across the floor, leaving behind a trail of blood that spread slowly outward.

Jack walked forward, his attention already shifting.

Ahead of him stood the massive pill furnace.

The flames beneath it burned steadily, casting flickering shadows across the hall. Heat radiated outward, mixing with the faint medicinal fragrance that filled the room.

"Fusion Pill…" Jack murmured, his lips curling into a faint smile. "Don't disappoint me."

Without hesitation—

He raised his leg and kicked the furnace.

Bang!

The impact was brutal.

The heavy lid of the furnace flew off instantly, crashing to the side with a loud metallic sound. A wave of heat surged outward, followed by a burst of golden light that illuminated the entire hall.

Jack stepped forward.

At the mouth of the furnace—

A golden pill hovered slightly, glowing softly. It was about the size of an egg, its surface smooth and metallic, radiating a faint but powerful aura.

"Fusion Pill."

Jack reached out and caught it in his hand.

At that exact moment—

"Put down that pill. That is not something you can possess."

A deep, dignified voice echoed through the hall.

Jack paused slightly.

Then slowly turned his head.

At the entrance stood a man.

Wearing golden armor.

A single eye covered by an eyepatch.

White hair, flowing like frost.

His presence alone filled the entire space with pressure.

Odin.

Jack glanced at the body on the ground, then back at the pill in his hand.

"So you came," he said casually. "Didn't expect the All-Father himself."

He weighed the pill lightly in his palm.

"Looks like this thing is very important to you."

Odin's gaze shifted briefly to the fallen old man—the pill master.

A dangerous aura surged from his body instantly.

"You dare kill the Pill Master…" Odin's voice turned colder. "This is a grave sin. I will not forgive you."

Jack didn't respond immediately.

Instead—

He tossed the Fusion Pill into his mouth.

And bit down.

Crunch.

"Not bad," he said, chewing casually. "Quite delicious. Crisp, too."

The casualness of his tone made the atmosphere freeze.

Odin's presence intensified, his aura growing heavier, like a storm gathering in the sky.

"You trespass into Asgard," Odin said, his voice like thunder. "You murder, you steal, you swallow what is not yours."

His eyes locked onto Jack.

"Each of your crimes deserves death."

"Today—" Odin's voice rose, filled with authority. "—I, Odin, King of the Gods, will personally destroy you."

His anger was not small.

The Fusion Pill had taken a hundred years to refine.

And now—

It was gone.

The Pill Master was dead.

Even if they tried again, it might never be recreated.

Jack swallowed the last of the pill and wiped his mouth casually.

"You're really angry over one pill," he said, mocking. "Is this the great King of Asgard? I thought you were all about peace and love."

"Peace and love are for the worthy," Odin roared. "Not for someone like you!"

Boom—

Power erupted from Odin's body.

It spread like a storm, tearing through the Medicine Pavilion instantly. Walls cracked, pillars trembled, the entire structure shaking violently under the pressure.

Jack's body was thrown backward like a leaf in the wind.

He crashed into massive golden pillars, smashing through them one after another before finally hitting the ground.

Dust filled the air.

In the next instant—

Odin appeared directly in front of him.

"So," Odin said coldly, "who are you?"

"And how did you enter Asgard?"

Jack slowly stood up.

Blood trickled from the corner of his mouth.

He smiled faintly.

"As expected of Odin," he said. "That power… not bad."

"Answer me," Odin said. "Or your death will be the only way to cleanse your sins."

Jack waved his hand dismissively.

"Why so serious?" he said. "Why don't we sit down, have a drink, and talk properly?"

Before Odin could respond—

More figures arrived.

From the ground.

From the sky.

From every direction.

Asgardian soldiers flooded in, surrounding Jack completely. Golden armor gleamed, weapons raised, their expressions filled with anger and hostility.

"Your Majesty!" one of them called. "We arrived late. Who is this man?"

"Jack," a voice echoed from above.

Jack looked up and smiled.

"Oh? Thor. We meet again."

Thor descended from the sky, lightning faintly crackling around him.

"Father," Thor said, his voice filled with anger, "he is a human from Earth. When I was exiled, I met him."

His gaze locked onto Jack.

"He stole the power of thunder from Mjolnir."

Odin's expression darkened slightly.

"A human… with such power," he murmured. "Unexpected."

Then he asked, "Do you know how he entered Asgard?"

"I don't," Thor replied. "But I will make him pay."

Odin nodded slowly.

"He stole the Fusion Pill. He killed the Pill Master."

His voice turned cold.

"This crime… deserves death."

The surrounding soldiers reacted instantly.

"What?! He ate the Fusion Pill?"

"That sacred medicine—!"

"He killed the Pill Master?!"

Rage spread like wildfire.

"This is a disgrace to Asgard!"

"We must kill him!"

The shouting grew louder and louder, filled with fury.

Above—

Sif and the Warriors Three arrived.

Fandral frowned slightly.

"That human… how is he here?"

Hogun's eyes narrowed.

"The Rainbow Bridge was destroyed. How did he come?"

Sif stared at Jack coldly.

"None of that matters," she said. "As long as we kill him, everything ends."

Her grip tightened slightly on the sword.

"Today… he must die."

Volstagg nodded.

"With so many warriors here—and the All-Father—he has no chance."

Odin raised his hand.

The entire area fell silent.

"Asgard's warriors," he said, "capture him."

"Alive or dead."

"Yes!"

In the next instant—

Countless soldiers rushed forward.

Weapons thrust toward Jack from all directions.

His figure was swallowed instantly by the crowd.

Only the sound of clashing steel and shouting remained.

Then—

"Enough."

A voice roared.

Golden light burst outward violently.

BOOM!

The soldiers surrounding Jack were blasted away in all directions, their bodies thrown into the air as if struck by an invisible force.

Cries of pain echoed.

Jack stood at the center.

Golden energy flames erupted from his body, swirling violently, pushing everything away.

The air itself seemed to tremble.

"Ah—!"

Jack suddenly let out a roar.

His expression twisted in pain.

Thor raised his hammer.

Lightning gathered rapidly.

Then—

He swung.

A bolt of thunder crashed toward Jack.

BOOM!

The lightning exploded upon contact with the golden aura.

But—

It didn't break.

Thor's eyes widened.

"How is that possible…?"

Odin raised his hand again.

"Stop."

The battlefield froze.

"Your Majesty?" someone asked.

Odin shook his head slightly.

"There's no need," he said calmly.

His gaze rested on Jack.

"The power of the Fusion Pill… is not something a mortal body can withstand."

"He will destroy himself."

At the center—

Jack's golden aura began to flicker.

His face twisted in pain.

"Ah—!"

He spat out a mouthful of blood.

His body staggered backward.

One step.

Two steps.

Then—

He collapsed onto the ground.

Motionless.

The golden light faded.

Silence fell.

But beneath that silence—

Something was still building.
