Zoila stood silently as Amaris finished recounting everything that had happened.
From Draumur.
From her meeting with Nynir.
From the visions the Sea God had shown her.
And finally, the chained man hidden somewhere in the eastern part of Ocearia.
When Amaris finished, Zoila remained quiet for a moment.
"You want to go there," she finally said.
"I need to."
"No."
Amaris frowned.
"You haven't even thought about it."
"I don't need to."
Zoila crossed her arms.
"You're talking about entering the eastern territory when my brother isn't even here."
"I know."
"Then why are you still considering it?"
"Because I need to confirm whether he's really my third mate."
Zoila's expression became complicated.
She understood why Amaris wanted answers. They had all been searching for the truth for so long, and every answer seemed to reveal another mystery.
But this was different.
The eastern territory was dangerous.
And Zion was gone.
