Elkon manage to listen to their conversation. Elkon leave the church when the same guy approach her "You heard our conversation ya not?"

"Well I got bored and found a post on the walls seeking the next person who will held the staff"
"I see, did you register prince Cliffer?"
"I got caught by the priest on the last second I mean a man in cloak walking in a church. Will be kind of suspicious if you ask me"

"Long story short, My father knew about what's going to happened and address me to leave the City. I have a few hours before the entire city will be guarded and I can't escape- And of course, when I was about to go to the gate, when suddenly I heard a conversation"

"This? what is this" I said to him "It's an old bunker that my father used, during the civil war that happen here. My GrandFather whose only 6 at the time escape with his associate over here. Nobody knows this place even the King or Queen"
He's basically the last royality. But many decades later, during his hunting in the wild. He was saved by someone and bring order to the kingdom again after many years of assiolation in one of the deep forest. They where surprise that the bunker is near the mountainess area in the deep forest.
"And we finally found it, My Father only know this since His father told this place, I guess We will live here for awhile"

"that's why we bring the horse, we will killed it for food later, If there's no food"

"Bring the horse there, and let's go inside the bunker"
A few weeks after We escape. We saw in a distance of Smoking in one of the cities, I was forced to go back down and to hunt foods for awhile after the meat of the horse run out.
But before that, We have a good laugh during that, Since Elkon has military background She's easily adapted to her surroundings, The Prince other hand... probably have a hard time. Despite He's adaptabilities, He can't sleep properly in the old bed that isn't used in forever. The bunker still has some supplies like small refillable leather water container, a 1 and 2 broken small bow, with boxes of arrows. 2 swords, 3 rusty daggers, and 1 torn and 1 unused leather cloth armor, We where surprise that is still filled with this kind of stuff. We used that when where going outside or guard duty.
Me and Crista in the other hand guard the front door, we occasionally make shift. But we manage to get through.
We only eat 1 meal a day. Despite that, Crista is amazing cooker. Despite only remove few parts of the Horse to eat. We able to satisfied easily. Elkon also joke that one of her blessing came from the gods. Of course we laugh at that.
I also stated to Elkon and Prince Cliffer to find another village outside the kingdom. But everything is in high alert, we might get caught while escaping. Or get ambushed to bandits. But nevertheless Prince Cliffer suggest that we should stack filed food first then talk that topic first, since where running out of supplies.
Back in present.
While I was hunting, I spotted a small bunny. But I was surprise when that bunny Immediately attack another prey, I hadn't encounter it before. But I did hit arrow shot. Then suddenly a large monstererious scream was heard all over the deep forest. Birds flies away and animals suddenly moving in a rushed like something is happening, But I remember. That scream that I heard when the first time I got in this world. I Immediately rush over to the bunker. Then
"Elkon, Crista, and Cliffer are you okay!?"
"I'm fine, Have you heard that!?"
"Yeah, I was surprise while hunting Is Crista and cliffer here-" Suddenly someone at the door "My god that sound got my hair stands up"
"Crista! Thank god you're okay"
"I'm fine, I found 2 dead birds during the loud sound i heard"
After a while, Prince Cliffer appeared and said "Locked the doors, There's an stamped happening"
Stamped only happens when an apex predator happens to roam around the area. They will escape the area as soon as they saw it or heard It's present. It only happens in Forested area where a lot of monsters and animals roam the land.
But It's very unlikely a stamped in flat grass land since, their are escaping after all.
During the first hour. We can hear birds flying top of us. fourth hour, Suddenly someone knock the door. But leave. Looks like an animal bump to the door. they're probably starts moving down hill from here. Elkon is worried about her family and her sibling who also escape days earlier
But nevertheless. We hid in the bunker for days. We only have 4 days of food left. And Supplies is also running low again.
But finally the 3rd day. Crista and I left the bunker and look outside. Everything is okay. There's a lot of dead animals in the forest. I'm also seeing smokes in the sky. Perhaps because of the stamped? Or perhaps... that.
So we decided to head back to one of the villages but entire village disappeared like no body is around. Everything is in ruin. No survivor or anything. But also seeing dead animals here. and looks like a battle happens here before. Since theirs a lot of blood and scattered sword appeared. While where going outside the village. Suddenly the cleared sky suddenly forming in something in the horizon. From what's looks like It's the Capital of the kingdom. We don't know what's happening there but we headed back to the bunker after that.
